The old medioeval watching tower is become the central part of this particular farmhouse that offers flats to rent.Just 2 km far from San Gimignano, immersed among vineyards and oliveyards, this is the perfect place for who desires to spend a relaxing holiday, without renouncing to the closeness to the centre.
The 360° panoramic view goes from the Central Apennines peaks to the Chianti hills and San Gimignano towers.
Each flat has 2 independent access facing the courtyard and the large garden, independent heating and is marked with a different colour that characterize the wall paint and the pieces of furniture.
The kitchens are fully equipped with little houseappliances, dishwasher, 4fires, fridge+freezer, oven, tv sat, iron. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, with double bed. The bathrooms are all equipped with shower and hairdryer.
All around the farmhouse there is a large garden with pool, solarium, barbecue and garden equipments. Free wireless internet connection.

by car: arriving from the A1, the suggested exit is Poggibonsi Nord, 12 km far from San Gimignano. From here road signs will show you the best way to the town. When arrived, pass all the centre leaving the old walls on your right and go on for 2 km in direction Certaldo. Pass over the cross for Gambassi Terme and go straight on, after 200mt turn down on your right and after 500 mt you are arrived.

By train: the nearest station is in Poggibonsi, from here you need to catch the bus.
