exterior Farm House Tenuta Santomè exterior Along the red wine route, following the sign “Strada delle Carboncine” (the Carboncine road) you will reach the Santomè Estate, a farmhouse surrounded by the Biancade vineyards, now with a new wine cellar and attached Bed & Breakfast.
The winery is easy to reach (Treviso-Sud motorway exit and parallel to the state road Treviso-Mare), and it is close to two important historical-artistic towns such as Treviso and Venice.
The property extends over sixty hectares of vineyards, thirty of which are at the Biancade Headquarters and the other thirty in the “Grave di Papadopoli” area, an island in the Piave River, between the municipalities of Cimadolmo and Maserada.
The estate, pride of the Spinazzè family, is the expression of the deepest and most authentic values of a family dedicated to winegrowing and to the local territory, accomplished with great courage, mastery and competence, and with a warmth that can only be transmitted by those who are genuinely in love with their own profession. A passion brought to life by the grandfather Antonio, fortified by the father Armando, and now in the reliable hands of the brothers Alan and William.

The Tenuta Santome B&B is located on a family owned and operated winery about a hour and a half from Venice. The rooms are lovely, spacious, airy, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was excellent - with freshly made capuccino, fresh squeezed OJ and croissants to die for, along with other sweet and savory breakfast items. We thoroughly enjoyed the welcoming hospitality offered by the family and had a fantastic wine tasting experience. This was the best accomodation we stayed at during our 3 weeks in Germany, Italy and Austria.

We spent in this beautiful B&B the last days of 2007. It was open since a few weeks so everything was new and all the rooms and the public spaces are very beautiful with an excellent style. Service is perfect, the owners, a young enthusiastic couple (and their wonderful baby) treated us like "friends" more than like clients. They were always very kind with us suggesting good restaurants (the B&B offers only breakfast) and inviting us to taste the wine they produce. Breakfast in also very good with cookies prepared by the female owner. Position is quite good, you can reach Treviso in 15-20 minutes and Venice in two ways: by car in 30-40 minutes or by train (not so many trains, you'd better be informed before approaching the station of "Quarto d'Altino", about 4-5 Kms far). Anyway, it is necessary to have a car. We suggest to choose this accomodation as it is one of the best we ever stayed in. Enjoy!

By train
Treviso railway station is about 6 km from the hotel, and easily reached by bus, leaving the station every 15 minutes.

By airplane
Treviso airport and Venice Marco Polo airport are about 7 km away and connected to the hotel, by public transport.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. - guided trip in Venice, the most beautiful city of world, with various itineraries according to the tastes of our guests: exhibitions, old palazzos, squares, concerts, and suggestive festivals such as the Festa del Redentore or some of the more significant events such as the Film Festival and the Biennale of Art.
- guided trip navigating along the Brenta Riviera on a Burchiello boat and visiting the magnificent Palladio villas.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of belated cancellation the penalty amounts to 100% of the first night. In case of failed presentation the penalty amounts to 100% of the full sum.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
