Susafa’s central location in Sicily makes it easy to visit the many historic sites and cities around the island, reachable by car within an hour, such as: Palermo, Cefalù, the temples of Agrigento, the mosaics of Piazza Armerina, the villages of the Madonie (Polizzi Generosa, Petralia Soprana, Castelbuono, Gangi), and the beautiful Sperlinga.

We offer 13 guestrooms, with a sleeping capacity of 30, as well as an apartment available for long-term stays or those who wish to enjoy more independence.

The restaurant "Il Granaio" is a set in the old granary of the farm, as it’s name suggests. It offers a set or al-la-carte menu of Italian cuisine, with a special emphasis on the immense variety of local traditional gastronomy.

Guests are invited to cool down by the swimming pool and enjoy the extraordinary view, or relax at our wine bar, where they may listen to music or enjoy our Home Theatre system with a 110” screen and satelite TV.

The terrace, which was once used to lay the almonds and tomatoes out in the sun, is now the perect spot to enjoy an aperitivo and watch the sunset, whilst surrounded by an endless valley.

The closest airport is Palermo PMO approx. 110km away, where it is possible to rent a car. The Catania airport is approx. 130km away. The best way to reach us is by taking the A19 PA-CT highway from Palermo to Catania and exit at "Tremonzelli" (marked as km73). Follow indications to "C.da Susafa" or "Vallelunga" for about 10kms of country road. You will then see signs for "Masseria Susafa".
IMPORTANT! We are located in the territory of Polizzi Generosa but physically found on the other side of the PA-CT highway, about 20kms from Polizzi Generosa.
