"Poggiolo Farm" offers a stay in buildings and houses surrounding the villa, divided into individual apartments have a bedroom and kitchen.

Each apartment has a private outdoor space with tables, chairs, barbecue.

"Fienile" (The Hay Loft) is a small independent house of around 45 square meters. The apartment has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette and a double bed room and a bathroom are on the first floor. This is a romantic and private getaway, also removed from the villa, with a private garden.

"Lila" (named for the Lilacs in the private garden) was originally the estate gatehouse. This charming two-floor home contains a living room with fireplace, double bed room, a twin room, kitchen and two bathrooms.

The "Geranio" is a 2 floor house with 2 apartments.
The first apartment (Geranio 1) is 50 square meters, and has a living room, and can sleep two, or with the sofa bed, sleeps four. The bedroom has twin beds, a kitchen and a bathroom. The private garden is charming at any time of year.

The second apartment (Geranio 2) is 40 square meters sleeps two, and has a living room with a kitchenette and a fireplace, a double bed room and a bathroom. This also has a garden area.

"Gelsomina" (the jasmine) sleeps two in a large studio apartment on the ground floor with a living room, kitchenette, double bed room and a bathroom.The Gelsomina has stone’s walls and is very private and has a comfortable and more casual ambience. The private garden has unobstructed views of the lower gardens and fields. (Sleeps 2+1 with added bed).

The "Ortensia" (named after the hydrangea) has a loft that sleeps two. The 40 square meters include, on the ground floor, a living room with a kitchen, double sofa and a bathroom. The double bed room is on the mezzanine.

The "Anemone" house is nicely removed from the villa, and can be reserved by room, or in its entirely. Approximately 160 square meters, on the ground floor there is a living room and a kitchen. On the first floor there are 3 double bed rooms each with their own bathroom and a suite (a double bed room and a twin room joining a bathroom). There is also a private garden with a covered table and chairs.
Anemone: 3 bedrooms, plus 1 two-bedroom suite, with bathrooms. In total, sleeps 10. Additional beds can be added. Private garden.
