My husband and I needed a place to sleep for the night while heading to the Amalfi coast from Venice. We were so happy we found Ai Lecci in the Perugia area. The surroundings so beautiful and the farmhouse so cute, especially the breakfast room. The bedrooms are spacious, well-decorated, and clean. We liked it so much that on our way back from the Amalfi coast, we stayed there again for 3 more nights. Monica, the owner, is so sweet and friendly. There is a sign on the front door of the farmhouse to call when you get there to check-in, and she came right away. We would definately stay there again.

The place is beautiful and welcoming: I would definitely go back. The only complaint I would have is that there is no one on-site other than from 8-10am. You can reach the owner through a mobile phone, but if you don't have one, it becomes very inconvenient. However, when you do reach the owner, she is extremely responsive and helpful.

Room Details
The Ai Lecci Farm Home offers 10 apartments in three fine stone buildings, dating back from the 19th century, result of a skilful restoration.Accommodation amenities include private bathroom, shower, fridge, colour TV, kitchenette and heating. Each lodging has a wide parking.
The farm home also features a charming little villa with porch and private garden.
In 2009 we made the rebuilding of 8 rooms of high level.
Each one has got every comfort : private bathroom with shower, tv, air conditioned.
In same building there is a large meeting-room, with a wonderful sight of a green valley below.
In summer time, our swimming-pool, situated on the top of the small hill, will charm you by the characteristic scent of woody plants and fascinating landscapes.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE Light, water and gas are included in the price. Linen change and final cleaning are included in the price. Parking is included in the price. the buffet breakfast is included in the price. Use of barbecue, mountain-bike and table tennis are included in the price. Cots (for children aged from 0 until 2 years old) cost €5,00 per day. The extra bed is not included in the price and costs €15,00 per day during low season and €20,00 per day in high season. By carTake the E45 motorway, following the Cesena direction, and exit at 'Bosco'. Turn left at the stop, then follow signs to Ramazzano. After about 300 meters from the Ramazzano-Le Pulci sign, you can find the sign to the farm home. Finally, after the CONAD supermarket parking area, turn right and proceed straight on the street for about 200 meters.
