The farmhouse L'Elmo was a great experience for us. We enjoyed the coutryside around especially the unspoiled and un-touristified setting and culture near Orvietto. Great value for wine and ceramics and just relaxing. There was a religious and harvest festival on while we were there and it was a fascinating glimpse into traditions that are becoming rare. The wife of the innkeeper made us a fantastic dinner and it was feast - for 20 euro a person wine included. The pool is very nice and the whole ambience is restful especially after touring Rome or Venice.

L'Elmo was unbelievable! We were the only ones staying at the hotel but the farm is beautiful and the family is very nice. I recommend staying at L'Elmo in the fall when the trees are changing. Our room was very clean with the most updated furnishings. Great place!

Farm-type accomodation in the nearby of Orvieto. Spartanisch facilities and services. Rather noisy with dogs and kids. Kind and familiar welcome. House cooking. It would be perfectly OK except for the exagerated price when compared with other Hotels we visited with much better facilities services.

By car
From the highway A1, exit at Orvieto and follow the indications for Arezzo along the S71 state road. Then take the SP101 regional road and follow the indications for Morrano. After 7 km you will find the Farm Home.
