The apartment was lovely with a big kitchen,bedroom and toilett. A pool in the garden would have been lovely.

A very peaceful place, wonderful surroundings (typical landscapes of Tuscania, beautiful beach as Marina di Alberese, Siena : 1h, Pisa : 1h, Saturnia : 30 mn, a real natural spa experience and some wonderful Toscan villages). Flats are large, clean and very comfortable. Owners are very nice, a wonderful welcoming!!!!

A fabulous location for a realxing chill out holiday. The owners were exremely friendly and made us feel very much at home.

Chambre très spacieuse, décorée avec goût et confortable : frigo, moustiquaires (essentiel dans cette région!), plateau à thé-café, documentations touristiques. Salle-de-bains tout aussi spacieuse et bien équipée : sèche-cheveux notamment. Mise à disposition de vélos : un bonheur, la plage n'étant qu'à 7 km à travers la campagne. Un maître de maison aux petits soins. Le personnel féminin est un peu plus "rêche" ... peut-être culturel :). Petit-déjeuner en commun sur une grande terrasse, avec selon moi des produits faits maison (pain, gâteaux, fruits). Emplacement idéal pour le repos comme pour les visites alentours. Seuls petits bémols : joints de douche un peu moisis et descente de lit très très sale. Néanmoins je garderai et recommanderai cette adresse.

Just 10 km to the sea - quiet & fresh surroundings - good restaurants nearby - basic, clean, large rooms - breakfast is simple, but served in a spectacular courtyard - very good value for money

The farm is very beautiful, placed in the middle of an olive tree orchard, within easy reach (by car in minutes) to the beach, natural parks, restaurants, etc. Sienna is also at only 1 hour driving time. We rented an apartament. Cleanliness was impecable and everything was functioning properly. Seeing that is a farm, my children had a very good time petting the horses and playing with the owners cats and dogs. It is very quiet and extremely relaxing. Bike and hiking possibilities are limitless. The farm is also very close to the Maremma national park which is also very beautiful. The owners are friendly and will help with any needs.

Andrea and Sylvia are most gracious hosts, and made our family welcome, comfortable, and "at home".

Peretti Agriturismo was quite good, certainly more than adequate for a two night stay. The people were friendly, and the breakfast was fine. The location is quite lovely and very quiet. The restaurants they recommended where we had dinner were very good. I would rate the room at about a 2 star, and the bathroom was very nice and super clean. However, the room only had one window, located in the door and it got very stuffy, so I asked for a fan and got one, fortunately. There is no window in the bathroom so no opportunity for a cross breeze. The rooms at this place in this situation should all be provided with a fan. That made it bearable on a warm night.

Bellissimo posto ...con tanto calma è veramente stupendo...un peccato per noi che abbiamo dormito tutti insieme perche non è indicato sul sito web se no bisognava pagare 30 euro di piu per notte.. se no posto a rccomandare

Very nice value. Beautiful farm location in Toscano. Excellent breakfast. Very peaceful. I would recommend this B&B to anyone.

We arrived at the property. We were not greeted and noone acknowledged our presence. It wasnt clear where the reception to the accommodation was. We assumed that there was noone at home so we went away for lunch and returned 2 hours later (no arrival time was stated on the confirmation). Knocking on a different door we were welcomed and were given self catering accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis. The central heating was not on and this was addressessed the next am (however the apartment was still cool). A plentiful continental breakfast was served. The facilities were good in the apartment (stove but no cooker)and the situation of the accommodation was also good. A bit of a problem with the flies (it being agriturismo probably to be expected).Note cash only accepted as paymnet.
