Really in the countryside! Lovely surroundings and lots to do on the farm itself. We were slowly working our way towards Rome, but not if you want to stop over for a night only and in a hurry to reach your destination. Half board excellent value for money. Buildings quite old and although clean and well appointed our room had a few cracks in the walls. Area beautiful and peaceful

My wife and I stayed in one of their apartments during our honeymoon. We loved Fattoria Casabianca. We chose to stay there partly because it seemed somewhat off the newlywed track, and it was. As far as we know we were the only couple there. There were however plenty of families with kids, which changed the vibe somewhat but ultimately didn't really matter. The farm is absolutely gorgeous. The restaurant and staff are lovely. There is plenty to do both on the grounds and within a short drive. Don't get discouraged while driving towards the farm for the first time. It's easy to think you've missed it since it's pretty far from any sizable town.

How to reach FarmHouse Fattoria Casabianca
By cara) From Rome airport please follow the signs for Civitavecchia. From there, follow to Grosseto. Proceed to Siena from Grosseto for about 40km. Exit Montepescini/Petriolo on your right. Before arriving to either Petriolo or Montepescini you have already signs for Casabianca. There are two km on white road (no asphalt) from the first sign to Casabianca.
b) from Pisa you can take A1 for Florence direction Rome and then:
c) From Florence you should exit in Firenze Certosa and proceed to Siena. From Siena take SS 223 direction Grosseto for about 17 km. Then you have to turn left direction Fontazzi, Casciano di Murlo.
In Casciano di Murlo you will find signs for Fattoria Casabianca, which is 8 km after Casciano and the last 2 km are on white road (without asphalt).
