farmhome - living room The villa blends completely with the eniroment that surrounds it thanks to the Colours of the external plaster obtainer with local eart mixed with natural lime.

It has been totally restored according to the rules of BIOARCHITECTURE, using exclusively natural materials such as lime, wood and stone, natural earths and beeswax for finishings; a geobiologist has identified and measured electromagnetic fields, Hartmann's knots and the spaces have been subdivid and the beds positioned accordingly.

For breakfast, and vegetarian dinners - that can be prepared upon request - we only use organic products either directly from the farm or bought locally.

Rooms at Fattoria San Martino

double room King size bed, 220cm, with a solid wood frame treated with beeswax. The springs consist of a double layer, of evaporated beech placed upon three latex elements that allow perfect adaptability The mattress is a cotton futon, the pillows are made with miller, the sheets are in natural fibres and the blankets in pure wool.

The floors are in solid wood and treated with beeswax; the heating system is placed within the walls that themselves radiate giving a homogeneous feeling of warmth; but what is most important to us is that our system of energy management is the fruit or a complex study that has enabled us to obtain heat and energy essentialty from 'natural and renewable sources such as sun and wood. The edge of the outside garden is marked by three great secular pine trees which ìn the summer create a precious area, shady and cool.

Together wlth our two children we live on the ground floor of the villa whilst on the first and second floor we have 3 suites (approx. 40 sqm) with private bathroom and 1 dobleroom, with private bathroom (approx. 21 mt) for those guests who would rather enjoy a family atmosphere and more human spaces instead of a hotel. All the rooms have an electric current dìsjoiner that switches off all electrlc tension as soon as the last light is turned off and thus cancels the presence of any electromagnetic field .
