Room spacious and quiet, even equip with smal kitchen. Location hard to find,map on website is not very precise. So considering the price and location, I would recommend for those plan to stay few days and make it a base to travel the surrounding towns, but not those just stay for a night.

By car
From A1 exit at South Florence. Then take the Florence-Siena and exit at Colle di Val d'Elsa. Follow the signs for Volterra (SS68). Once in Volterra, continue in the direction of Saline Volterra and Cecina, after 2 Km right cross to Montecatini Val di Cecina (15 km).
From Rome Aurelia, exit Cecina direction Volterra therefore Montecatini Val di Cecina.
From Pisa, exit Ponsacco Pontedera, directions and Montecatini Volterra Val di Cecina
