Excellent hotel. Really quiet which is much appreciated after a long day in the crowded streets of Venice. The staff is competent and joyful and the rooms are just perfect (spacious and clean). As for the distance from Venice, it wasn't a problem. The shuttle took us to the bus station (5 minutes top to get there) and then the bus took us to Venice (Piazzale Roma) in about 20 minutes. With a bus every 10-15 minutes, you get to town pretty easily and the bus works till 23h40. This hotel is a must !!!

What a gem and so close to the Venice airport! Everything about this unique small hotel is exceptional. It is beautifully designed and decorated. The rooms are comfortable and nice sized. The bath is spacious and has everything a traveler needs. The facility is immaculately maintained. We enjoyed the good hot and cold offerings at breakfast in the sunny breakfast room. But perhaps the best thing about the hotel is the willingness of the staff to accommodate your needs in a pleasant and willing manner. Mr. Roberto, the owner is always on the premises. 24 hours a day, he will smilingly shuttle you to/ from the airport, the bus stop or a restaurant, if his is not open. We are delighted to highly recommend this hotel.
