The Agriturismo Stazzi La China is the ideal solution, for people looking for relax holidays in pure nature, as well as for people wanting to organize holidays full of action and activities. The atmosphere here is young and international, with lots of enogastronomic aspects of the surroundings. The area is very well situated for visits of the north-east of Sardegna.
Most beautiful spots and beaches are reachable in twenty to forty minutes. Let’s just tell you about some of these : la Roccia dell’Orso (the rock of the bear), le Tombe dei Giganti (the Giants Tombs), and the archeological park of Arzachena, the millenary olive trees of Carana, the beach of Porto Pollo and the Costa Smeralda (the Emerald Coast) .
The 40 hectare Agriturismo is situated in the municipal area of Luogosanto. Lying on a hillside it overseas a beautiful valley with the backdrop of “the dolomites of San Pantaleo”
The village of Luogosanto is at seven km far from the farm.
Luogosanto borders with municipalities which front the sea (Aglientu, Palau, Arzachena), but it maintains the characteristics of a village from the interior. It has its own traditions and its people are friendly. The pace is calm even in the month of August. The whole area is full of beautiful spots waiting to be discovered. There are numerous fascinating archaeological sites steeped in history far from the tourist hustle and bustle. Between Spring and Autumn the rural areas come alive with feasts dedicated to various saints. These are held in the numerous quaint rural churches which dot the countryside. All of these feasts are organized by the locals and everybody is welcome.
The structure has six one-room apartments situated in panoramic points, with extern veranda and independent access. The rustic and typical lodgings are equipped with all the necessary to make your stay a comfortable one. The parking is part of the property and near the lodgings.
The full contact with nature, privacy and tranquility are guaranteed!
The Stazzo is the main rural house where all the guest are welcome. Here we are at your disposal to help you with territorial questions, to tell you which typical restaurant to visit, as well as to indicate you the celebrations. The Agriturismo has contacts with guides of the surroundings for hiking, horse riding and MTB daily excursions. Other guides on the sea organize tours with motor boat, sailing boat, kayak and for whales watching.
The Agriturismo is located on the wine road Vermentino di Gallura DOCG. In collaboration with the “Cantina delle Vigne di Piero Mancini” and the MVSEVM of Luogosanto we organize a way on the road with visits of archeological places, wine tasting and sales.
We speak English, French, Spanish and Italian.

Room Details
The Agriturismo Stazzi La China offers lodging and breakfast in 6 comfortable and equipped structures: three for couples and three for families that are able to accommodate a family of 4 (two adults and two children). A cradle is available for babies. All the lodging has a main living with a kitchen nook with a cooking area and refrigerator, and a day area with a sofa bed. The sleep area is upstairs in a wooden loft structure and has a double bed and single bed.Every room has its own bathroom and air conditioning system. A fireplace exists in five of the six structures and this creates a perfect ambiance for a winter stay.
The main house offers internet access and a laundry service.
