Via SS. Aurelia, take Molinaccio exit, if you are coming from North. Then take Molinaccio road for about 2 km, until you reach the property, located on your left.
Via SS. Aurelia, take Alberese exit, if you are coming from South. Before entering Alberese, you will find Molinaccio road. Take Molinaccio road. You will find La Pulledraia farm home on your right.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. Check-in: the rooms are available from 2 p.m. until 8.30 p.m. Later arrivals are to be communicated. Bookings from Saterday to Saterday in high season (July-August).
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 10 a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All bookings will be valid on receipt of 20% of money in advance. If you want to cancel your booking please do it as soon as possible but at least 30 days before your planned arrival. If you do your cancellation request later than 30 days before your planned arrival, we will keep your money as late cancellation refund fee. Payments will have to be maid on arrival.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
