The apartment is situated on the first floor and looks out onto a splendid panorama of Trasimeno lakeand the hills surrounding it. It has a living room with two armchair beds, cooking area, a double bedroom and a bathroom.

Just after you pass Castiglione del Lago’s main centre area turn right into provinciale road SP 300 to Gioiella direction. After about 4 km you'll find on your left a road sign for Frattavecchia.
Coming from South - Highway A1 - Rome Airport:
Leave Highway A1 at Chiusi exit, turn right to Chiusi direction. Just after you pass Chiusi built-up area you are into the statale road SS 71. Drive to Castiglione del Lago direction for about 15 km., just before you enter Castiglione del Lago’s main centre area turn left into provinciale road SP 300 to Gioiella direction. After about 4 km you'll find in your left a road sign for Frattavecchia.
Coming from Perugia -S. Egidio Airport (*)
Go into the interchange Perugia-Valdichiana to Florence (Firenze) direction, leave it at Castiglione del Lago exit, turn left into the statale road SS 71 to Castiglione del Lago direction.
