We had a lovely stay in the beautiful setting. We enjoyed using the pool, and found the staff very friendly and accommodating with all our requests. The room was large, with its own patio area. We would definitely return!

Agriturismo Amina is very pretty overlooking the family vineyard and olive trees. My husband and I enjoyed being in the countryside - fresh air and quiet! The room was nicely furnished with a large bathroom and access to the breakfast room. It was very quiet, but I think there were only a few rooms reserved at the time. We stayed in early October - these rooms get chilly (heat costs extra), so make sure you bring warm clothing!!! Check in/out were easy, some English spoken and credit card accepted. Breakfast was typical for Italy - cereal, toast, yogurt, packaged pastries, coffee and juice. Wine and olive oil for sale. There is a very good eatery within walking distance - Osteria Nonna Lucia. Very good seasonal homemade dishes. So good we ate there twice! Easy and beautiful drive to Siena, San Gimignano, and other Tuscan towns.

The farmhouse is lovely, but very quiet so we felt bad about talking at night. The walls are also very thin, so you can easily hear people in the next room. The pool was nice and warm, but often closed so we only used it once in 3 days. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I think Amina is OK as a base for exploring Siena, but I woudn't want to stay for much longer than 3 days. The restaurant next door (Casa Lucia) is very good - friendly with great food.

This was one of the best accommodations while in Italy. Very clean and spacious rooms with nice bathrooms, warm towels and beautiful surroundings. Close to Siena and Firenze. I just wish we could stay longer and relax, relax, relax...

It was our first stay (2 weeks) at Farm House Amina, and it was wonderful! We'd like to recommend it. It's an ideal place for relaxing (marvellous pool!) and for planing/making excursions through Tuscany.

Staff seemed a bit unengaged (may be because of the language barrier), otherwise it was fine. Nice views and quite secluded. Breakfast was a joke - cornflakes and coffee, buy some saussages and ham from the local store if you want to have a nice breakfast. Really quiet at night - birds and bees only :)

We arrived at Amina farmhouse on a hot afternoon to find no one could communicate with us in English. We established there was no internet access. At breakfast the following morning the receptionist came to see us and told us we could drive 4k for the nearest internet access. (We would recommend doing this as it is a nearby winery). She was very helpful with other suggestions. As it was very hot, we requested towels for the pool. These only arrived the day before departure. (We had 6 days there). Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Amina and made full use of the pool. After having experienced a hectic 10 day tour of Rome, Amalfi,Florence and Venice, the farmhouse was a good place to unwind. However,we discovered we weren't the only guests who found the directions confusing and ended up taking a narrow, winding dirt road to the farm. Access is easier from Sienna. We enjoyed visiting Siena and other smaller villages and found the location of the farm to be quite convenient. There is a communal kitchen and we were under the impression we could use the cooking facilities but were told this was not allowed but we could use the crockery and cutlery. I would recommend staying there for a different experience.

We had a great time in Amina, really quiet, great view on Siena, nice accomodation. approx. 300m from site there is a nice osteria (nonna lucia) with really good food, a selection of wines representing tuscany and interesting parts of italy and a really lovely service.

The accommodation was good and the terrace and swimming pool area well kept. Towels and linen were changed only once in 6 days. Breakfast was no better than average. There were only 2 members of staff: one in reception(who arrived late)and the maid of all work who was very pleasant and helpful. Owners were absent.

I think that everyone there bent over backwards to help in any way they could. It might be easier to find the farmhouse if they repaint their sign with Amina written on it, especially coming from the direction of Siena. They should state that their farmhouse is directly off to the left from the sign that says, Vagliagi.

Convenient to Siena for those with a car. We loved this place. We only stayed two nights, but wish we had stayed longer. Very peaceful with beautiful views. Nice pool, patios, shared kitchen. Our rooms were also very clean and comfortable. The staff should be proud of the establishment.

Clean rooms, good size, newly renovated, but very "sterile" I.E. don't go there to experience the charm of the tuscany farm house. breakfast was of poor quality. home owners speak no english and do not answer the phone after 7pm. you are expected to check in until 6pm. The place is not easy to find so arrive during day light hours. we stayed for 3 nights and the room was never serviced (no cleaning or change of towels etc)

Farmhouse Amina is a beautiful spot, just a few km from Siena. The room was spotless, with lovely furnishings and a spacious bath. Out hosts, the Monti's, were gracious and welcoming. A relaxing destination or a central location for day trips in Tuscany. Definitely a place to visit again.

Our stay at Amina's was first class. Great peaceful location at only 7 km from Siena, convenient for visiting Firenze, Arezzo then having a refreshing bath in the pool when feet hurt ! Most welcoming staff, 'family-like' atmosphere and freedom at the same time. We definitely loved it and no doubt will be back !

This was our first visit to Amina Farm. We were planning on staying one night and stayed three. We would have stayed longer if my mom would have been willing to stay with our kids longer. It's a great location central and very near Siena. You can actually see Siena in the distance but the farm is very quiet. Beautiful hills and great places to walk. Alice was the best host we had in Italy. She is very warm, personable and knowledgeable about the area. The pool is beautiful. We have already refered some friends to stay there.
