The original farm, belonging to the Bracco family since 1947, has been wisely restored to allow the guests to live to the most the countryside atmosphere and to taste the flavors without leaving out old vocation of olive oil producers and the best "Chianti classic" of wine.

Apartment was fine, very clean and owners were very nice, welcoming us with a bottle of their Chianti Classico. However the pool was not in action and does not look to have been used at all this year so far which was disappointing. There was only a bread knife for everything which needed cutting, but plenty of crockery etc. Nowhere to sit inside in the evening except in the kitchen on kitchen chairs. However, overall good value for its situation in Tuscany which is generally an expensive area in which to stay.

Beautiful location, nice people there, good welcoming with a bottle of chianti wine. And oliva oil they prepare is really good and tasty. Too bad noone spoke really english and first visit of the rooms was in a rush... Advice : buy food and matches before coming, and ask well about heating if you are coming in first days of april. Nights might be quite cold...

Owners made us feel instantly welcome & at home. Lovely, quaint, rustic 2 bedroom apt. fully stocked kitchen with all needs. (Dishes, linens, etc). Bring your own food. VERY clean. No restauarant on premises, but within minutes of town. Ideal central location to Chianti area (between Florence & Sienna ~ 1 hr ea. way). Must have car. Nothing within walking distance.Wonderful outside area with tables/chairs to enjoy views. Too early for pool open, but it looked very nice. Definitely worth a return trip!
