the place is not easy to find, especially by night. The industrial area you have to go through coming from Osteria Nuova was rather frightening,considering you will spend your holidays nearby.Nice surprise then when you enter the property with the alley of olive trees.

How to reach Farmhouse Riserva dell'Olmo

By car
From the Raccordo Annulare ring road, take the Cassia Bis/Viterbo/Olgiata exit. Continue for about 12 km/7.5 miles, and take the Cesano exit. Follow the sings to Cesano for about 4 km/2.5 miles. At the entrance of Cesano, at the crossroads, turn left and proceed for about 4.5 km/2.8 miles until Via Braccianese. After 300 metres/0.18 miles, turn right onto Via Anguillarese.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Check-in: the apartments are available from 2.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday during high seasons (from June to September). During low seasons, the apartments are available every day from 2.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. Later arrivals, after 8.30 p.m., on Sundays and bank holidays are subject to an extra charge of €25,00.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than 10 a.m.

Outdoor parking is included in the price.
The shuttle service to Cesano railway station costs €5,00 for 2 people, €9,00 for 3 people and €15,00 for 6 people.
The Shuttle service to Fiumicino airport costs €110,00 per car.
Bike rental is subject to charges. Prices available on request.
Use of the washing machine costs €5,00 per day.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of no show or late cancellation, the first night will be charged.
