Lovely hotel, great ambience, great personnel, great bar....historic, the kind of place you dont see every day...compares to the Adlon in Berlin. This was my third stay in Hamburg and this one was by far the best. The hotel caters to people who expect greatness and it certainly delivered. I had no idea that the Savoy in London is owned by Fairmont ...that is another favorite.

Wonderful hotel all around. From the doorman who spoke your language without a verbal signal from the guest, to the employees who cleaned the rooms - all wonderful.

This was a very enjoyable two nights. The hotel itself is excellent, and in a great spot for exploring Hamburg. The rooms are good, the service is great. For a treat, visit the Grill Restaurant - it's expensive but worth every euro cent.

Beautiful 19th century hotel, very nice in good style decorated and renovated. (beautiful christmasdecoration0. Close to the shoppingcenter, market and museum, nice and quiet situated.

I stayed the hotel for six nights. Totally, I was impressed hospitality by the hotel. I recommend to stay in the hotel in business trip. On private trip, the price is a little bit expensive, however it depends on a person. Just one point what I dissapointed is breakfast fee. I think it expensive for me. I think the hotel officers do not have to serve it. Guests can do that.

As you can clearly see from the rating above (almost everything "excellent") we really enjoyed our stay in the Raffles Vier Jahreszeiten. The staff was very competent and friendly without being servile (what I hate). The room was wonderful and the service great. The location of the hotel is very good (Binnenalster) as Hamburgs wonderful shopping area is in walking distance. All together we had a great time in this hotel. If we stay in Hamburg the next time we will certainly choose the Vier Jahreszeiten again.

From our 37 single and 89 double rooms which range in size from 18 m² to 32 m² you enjoy the fantastic view on the Alster lake or the complete silence in the middle of the lively city centre, which our rooms facing the courtyards provide.Suites
The 17 suites (30 m² to 115m²) are particularly impressive, having large living rooms and separate bedrooms. Their design speaks for themselves with its tasteful elegance and timeless luxury. Two televisions, VCR and CD-Player offer all imaginable comfort. The ambience is rounded off by exquisite antiques and the breathtaking view on the Inner Alster Lake.
Junior Suites Our spacious junior suites (30 m² -36 m²) are made up of a sleeping and a living room. Equipped with a walk-in closet and a comfortable seating corner you may enjoy the fantastic view over the Inner Alster Lake from the deluxe and superior junior suites.

Coming from the A24 ... follow the highway A24 until the end. You will reach "Horner Kreisel". Take the Sievekingsalle and follow the signs to the "Centrum" or "Hauptbahnhof" (Central Station). Follow the road to the "Lombardsbrücke". At the traffic light make a left to "Neuer Jung- fernstieg" and drive to the portal of the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten.Coming from the A1 ... take the highway A1 over the "Elbbrücken" to Hamburg. Please follow the sign "Centrum". On the "Amsinckstraße" follow the sign "Hauptbahnhof". Follow the road to the "Lombardsbrücke". At the traffic light make a left to "Neuer Jungfernstieg" and drive to the portal of the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten.
Coming from the A7 ... drive through the Elbtunnel and take the exit "Stellingen". Follow the sign "Centrum" to "Eimsbüttler Marktplatz", cross this, and follow "Fruchtallee" until you reach "An der Verbindungsbahn". Pass the station "Dammtor" and drive straight the "Alsterglacis".
