I stayed only one night there and overall, the impression was good. It could have been excellent if our room was ready when we arrived. We took an hour and another request to have one room ready (was almost 5pm). Also, even if we booked a room with 3 beds and requested a baby cot online, I had to request it 2 times to have it delivered (in the evening, 5 persons in total came in the room which was not that quiet). What also upset me is that the housekeeping said "I will check availability of the extra-bed". Come on, I paid for this extra-bed so just give it to me... However, once the beds were delivered, the rest went very smoothly: very nice swimming-pool area along the Creek and the beach. Small warmer pool for small children, bar on the beach and in the pool, brand new building, nice decoration (I liked the lightning benches in th entrance), terrific service in Cuiscene (they proposed to cook everything we wanted for free for our children), nice view on the Mosque, excellent quality of room (we got upgraded to a suite with a separated bedroom and living room with huge flat TV screen and a bathtub with direct view on the beach (with electric curtains :-). So overall, happy with the overall experience. Will go back again to enjoy the pool area and the restaurants (btw, you have all type of prices in the restaurants so even if this is outside the Corniche area, you can still stay in the hotel for diner or lunch without killing your budget). Also, breakfast might appear expensive (around 100AED per person) but if you go to a coffee shop on the Corniche to have a tea and croissant, you will pay almost the same.
