Hi, we thought we'd get daily room service, or at least have the option for it. We found out later that our room would be cleaned ONCE during the eight days we were there, and it turned out not to be cleaned AT ALL!!!!! Also, we only got fresh linens once, and we had to wash the ones we had... Is this the usual for this chain? If so, we misunderstood, and were a little disappointed :-(
