The room was rather small, the pillow was much too small. There was no window shades, only light curtain. The safe was closed withot possibility to open, because of no combination to open it.

A very nice stay. The room was cleaned everyday. The bed was very comfortable and as the windows were double glazed, there was not much noise from the street (although our room was facing the main street).Access to the public transport was extremely easy but the hotel was a bit far from the city center (about 20 mins). It was a bit difficult to find good breasfast in the neighbourhood as we are 'breakfast lovers' because the price of the breakfast at the hotel was 15 euros. We would stay again but making sure that breakfast is included in the room price.

The price is excelent for the quality of services and cleanliness in the hotel. Good Connection with transportation services, competent personnel, rich breakfast, garage(15eur\day).Highly recomended!

Value for money stay, very good.

I guess you could find nicer locations to stay in Vienna, but the hotel itself is excellent, rooms very cozy, large bathroom, quiet, easy access to metro and tram, only 10mins from city center. You definitely get your money's worth and more.

great hotel value for money. was very satisfied with my stay. people seemed to rave about the breakfast at this place when i was reading reviews... i didn't think it was very fresh, the fruit and veg especially, but there was a big variety.

It was like a three-star hotel, modern and clean, 20 minutes from the city center, for a very cheap price. And yes, breakfast is like a dream :)

My wife and I spent 7 weeks travelling through Europe and this was the best quality and value hotel we stayed at during our trip. The cooked breakfast was included in the price and was fantastic. With a tram stop to the centre of Vienna at the front door, we could not have asked for a better place to stay in one of the loveliest cities in Europe. The free internet was also appreciated.

It was our second stay at the Eurostars in Vienna. Unfortunately, this time we had to change our room two times: first because the bathroom smelled awful and because the bed was too small, second because the room was freezing - our visit was in January and the hotel has no central heating in the rooms; all the rooms are heated through the air conditioning system. Staff was quite helpful except for the two girls that checked us in, who barely spoke any English and seemed more bored than willing to make an effort and greet you at the hotel. Overall, it was a good stay. Good value for price paid. But i would think again before going there the third time.

The hotel was probably good compared to others, but the neighborhood was a little shady. The staff were professional, but not helpful. It was very nice that there was not carpet in the room. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was fantastic - very large variety of items from eggs, sausage, rolls, cheese, deli meat, fruit, cereals and more.

my first stay in this Spanish (or should I say Catalan) chain, which strikes me as a cut beneath its larger Spanish rival, the NH chain -- but so are its prices. Pretty decent restaurant a block up (west); streetcar #44 runs very frequently.

This was the first time for a Eurostar hotel. They are modern which I like and perfectly put together! Staff was very accommodating and spoke good English. The breakfast was served very nicely...free internet...just wasn't too sure of the neighborhood. Bus Stop is directly across the street for easy delivery to city center.

We stayed for 3 nights in the hotel. Location is not bad but a Tram station is just across the street that will take you to the center. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good but the room on the 7th floor are a bit smaller & warmer since it is on the top. The price is excelent for the quality of services & cleanliness in the hotel. Highly recomended!!!

Very good value for money. The room was quiet and clean, the breakfast very good, the employees kind and efficient. The tram going in the city center stops in font of the hotel and the metro in just 500m far. The only drawback was the small size of the room (especially of the bathroom)

The Price/Quality relationship was probability distorted by the Euro Cup 2008. The free internet in the hotel lobby was nice. However, on the shared terminal it would be nice if the hotel implemented a 15 minute limit while others are waiting policy -- as there were in considerate people who sat at the computer for hours.

Hotel Eurostars Vienna is a comfy place away from home. It is near the public transport and is close to the city centre. The staff are professionals and are always willing to help. We had an amazing view of the city from our room. Significantly, our room has the modern perks and is absolutely well maintained. The breakfast served is superb. I would no doubt stay in the same hotel when I go back to Vienna.

Hotel was a bit further from the public trains than expected, but once arrived the hotel was clean with big rooms. The bathroom layout leads to a minor flood every time you shower, and not sure about the dogs allowed policy. We personally don't enjoy sharing the meals rooms with four legged friends (each to their own)

Nice hotel located two stops away from the main train station by underground and one more stop by tram. Clean room. Gym and small pool. Wireless works only in the lobby AND garage!? Excellent breakfast. Tram stops right in front of hotel and takes you to the center of the city. Good deal.

This hotel is a about 2 kilometres out of town on a busy road. However it is very well served by trams to the centre of Vienna every 6 minutes from straight outside the front door. Buy a 24 hour day rover ticket covering trams and metro for about €5.50. We have only given a low rating for quietness of rooms. This is because the rooms on the road side do get quite a bit of traffic noise. Also if you are offered a room on the top floor (7), try to get it changed because it has roof slope and skylights with no curtains. We were in one of these the first night and requested a change. We were moved to a room on floor 6 facing the back of the hotel away from the road and it was excellent. Despite this, I would go back to the hotel because it was very clean and modern, excellent breakfast, good fitness centre and pool and good value for money compared with the hotels in the centre of Vienna. Very obliging staff. But remember, avoid floor seven and if you are sensitive to traffic noise insist on a rear facing room.

Pretty good accomodation. One thing to avoid though: the rooms at the last floor (7th floor). The rooms are rather small, but the bathroom is extremely small, at 1.90m tall you can't take a shower standing tall. Despite this, the stay was quite good actually and the overall impresion was ok.

No Waiter to help for loggage , hotel lobby not have place to seat and work with Laptop becuse the free internet is in lobby . reseption good and the hotel is not famous for his around and we find hotel very hard ( no board near the metro station ).
United Kingdom, Feb 2008
I can't believe how economical this hotel was. It was a very short tram ride into the main drag, the hotel was immaculate and severely unpriced, the breakfast was extensive and tasty and the staff spoke better English than most of the people in England. I actually laughed to myself when I checked out it was absolutely wonderful!

Highly recommended. Excellent ratio price/quality. Breakfast is included in fare and underground station is just five minutes walk far from the hotel. Rooms are very clean although a little bit small. I'll go back again for sure in this hotel next time I'll visit Vienna.

this is a very good hotel that provides good value for money. The standard rooms are small and the bathrooms small and not as good as the Eurostars Prague but they are spotless, modern and have good showers. Breakfast was not as good as Prague either but it was still adequate. Vienna value for money is excellant. The Tram/street car stops right outside the hotel and the public transport system is perfection, simple, effecient, extensive, integrated and just a dream to use. Get the three day Vienna Card for 18.50 travel and reductions to museums.

in case you are travelling with babies, be aware that the hotel has only three small beds. We had requested it when making the reservation, but we didn't find it in the room. We had to wait for it, but in the end we received it. Location is very good: tram is just in front of the hotel. Breakfast is quite poor.

Really impressed with this hotel. Tram stop outside but only a bout 15-20 mins walk to start of main city area, and taxi's very easy to get. Great hotel, very good breakfast, and all the staff (reception, kitchen, bar and housekeeping) were extremely friendly and very helpful, particularly in regard to arranging travel and with general information. Service was excellent. I was very pleased with our stay and would definitely book it again.

When we came to the hotel, reception clark invitation was very cold and the same was his behaiviour..., also we get different room from which I asked during booking and booking confirmation(especial bathroom type). But they change our room to right one (we were lucky they hade a empty one). The food was very good, rich and enought. Also other stuff was friendly. Location good. Ware! They will copy (on paper) your CreditCard (in addition to prevent you are gone without payment), but how secure will be your data, nobody knows...

The hotel is rather small but brand-new. The room was small but brand-new as well as the bathroom, furniture ok, in general the hotel is absolutely ok. The staff was helpful, kind and professional Excellent breakfast. It is located downtown, maybe not at the historical area but, only ten minutes walking to downtown, tram stop in front of the hotel, five minuets to centre and metro station five minutes walking Highly recommended in a city with old and expensive hotels. It worth the price in you balance quality and price my opinion is an excellent option when visiting Vienna.

Service is professional, rooms are clean and nice. The swimming pool and sauna were being in construction while we stayed there in august 2006. The hotel is quite well located: 5 minutes away from the metro, and next to a bus station driving to central Vienna. But the neighorhood is a little dark, and it is impossible to park a car nearby the hotel.

Good accomodation, makes sense prisewise. Use tram 44 to Schottentor and you'll reach the center in minutes (subway from Gurtel is not so practical). This is also the best route to/from the airport.

I was very happy with this hotel. The room was perfect, clean and nice. It was like staying in a Boutique Hotel. The reason why I gave it a 9/10 instead of 10/10 was because the hotel was 10 minutes away by Street Car. If it was in the Old City it would be perfect. I would recommend this hotel to anybody and really taking the street car is not a problem. One line directly Downtown.

There was construction occuring so all ammenities offered were not available. This was extrememly disappointing. I found that the front office staff was exteremly helpful in finding places and locating things on maps. The distance from the train was not that far - approx. a 10 minute walk. The mornings are loud as everyone slams doors and talks very loudly!
