We enjoyed this hotel very much. We stayed 5 nights in one room, then went to another city and returned here for 3 more nights. The rooms were clean, bathrooms well equipped. The breakfast was fine, and very convenient each morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful and answered our many questions about Vienna. The first room we had overlooked Landstrasse, and there was a fair amount of traffic noise. The second room overlooked a side street and it was extremely quiet. Wireless access was available free of charge in the lobby. There were ethernet cables in every room, but wireless only in the lobby and breakfast area. We would return to this hotel.

Hotel good, location a little out of the way.breakfast in hotel not worth the 16 euros, but within walking distance plenty of cafes to get coffee etc. only moan is that before our arrival the receptionist had already taken payment from card and we where lead to believe this only happened on your arrival.vienna a wonderful place to sight see, dont miss the Rathaus as theres always something happening in front and its a great atmosphere to have a drink/eat day or night.Try the goulash museum restaurant behind st stephens cathedral, a good reasonably priced restaurant.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Located on a main street in a close-in neighborhood with bus at the doorstep and subway 5 minutes walk. Distance to major sights is 5 minutes away by bus or 15 minutes walk. Free internet in rooms. Great buffet breakfast in the restaurant which gave us a full view of the morning activites of the residents: walking kids to school, going shopping with a basket etc. Very large and comfortable rooms--the hotel is only a year old well designed and very clean. Mostly businessmen and therefore quiet. A very helpful friendly staff. We were there for a week. A true hidden gem.

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. Public tranportation is close, cheap and frequent. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would stay here again!

Buffet breakfast is poor. Coffee machine in breakfast lounge is noisy. Staff friendly, they speak spanish and english very well
