Hotel Eurostars Gran Valencia - Valencia

Spacious room with spa. Room old and not cleaned well on arrival windows not clean (Greasy marks all over inside) and the spa bath not clean, last guest hotel review still there. we informed the front desk and he wouldnt listen saying they cant clean the outside windows eventually understood and said he would send someone to clean but they didnt clean the bath only window. Room very old, unable to change settings on aircon and made loud noise constantly. pool and gym nice. Front desk not very helpful on a number of occasions, would not listen to what we asked or wouldnt believe what we said (i.e room not clean and wifi wasnt working) not service you expect at 4 star hotel. Metro station very close nothing else around hotel need to catch metro for anything.

Excellent place to stay in, really really really next to the metro station and in a nice zone of the city. The room was confortable, spaciuos, well-furnished, parquet, Wi-fi, opportunity to print files... LOL. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our staying in this beautiful hotel. The train station, public bus and touristic bus are very close to the hotel about a block walking distance. The front desk people spoke English. They were very helpful and very friendly. I am looking forward to stay in Eurostarts hotel in my next trip.

The hotel's quality was excellent! The rooms are very nice. The bathroom was fantastic, whirlpool and maximum comfort! Excellent value for money! Only negative thing: small reception and nothing courtesy internet service.

Very close to the Beniferri Metro station, the only problem is that public transport stops at 11pm and there are a few taxis running through the city. Very nice rooms and very nice swimming pool on the top floor, from where you can enjoy a wonderful sight of the "ciudad"! Valencia was a surprise, will certainly get back in the future!

Pese a algunos comentarios según los cuales el hotel se correspondería más bien con un establecimiento de 4 estrellas, no por ello es preferible escoger un hotel de 4 estrellas puesto que éste ofrece una relación calidad precio excepcional. Aunque el aparcamiento es de pago se puede estacionar en la calle fácilmente y las habitaciones contienen materiales nobles y son muy silenciosas.

Luxurius hotel in Valencia's buisness area.

The Hotel is very nice. Everything is ok, but the internet service is not included and it is very expensive. The breakfast also is not included and it costs 16 Euro per person. The rooms are very spacious and very well decorated. The bar and the top terrace sightseeing are very beautiful.

It was very plaisant holiday, metro is near, and with the metro we can go in all valencia. Good hotel, good beach and good sun. Très belle hotel, tres belle chambre.... Hotel a conseillé

Very nice hotel with beautiful rooms. The hotel is located in the congress district of the city not too far from the city centre by metro or car.

When we arrived to check in they told us our room had been cancled. They did however get us into a room at the same price with no problems. I do not know how the room was cancled as we did not do it.

The hotel is very nice and clear. My room is modern and confortable The cuisine of the restaurant is fantastic. I hope to come back very soon in this hotel.

The best choice in terms of quality vs price at the time of our stay (February). A very nice and clean room, friendly staff and absolutely nothing negative to stay. The hotel is not central but it's very close to a metro station so you're just a few minutes from anywhere in town. A top choice.

Generally speaking, good hotel; but NOT “Five Star”.

Per me è stata le prima volta passata nell'Hotel "Eurostar Gran Valencia", ma posso solamente dire che è stata una fantastica esperienza.Tutto perfetto,personale gentilissimo e sempre sorridente.Inoltre l'Hotel dista solo 3 fermate della metro dal centro storico e nostra fermata è praticamente sotto l'hotel...Consigliatissimo se mantiene il prezzo a cui l'ho prenotato(89 euro a camera).

È un grattacielo che ospita 3 hotel separati, quindi non avendo una hall ben definita l'ingresso sminuisce un pò quello che poi invecè è l hotel ovvero: di buon livello, camere spaziose e ben arredate, silenzioso, buoni confort, è ottimamente servito dai mezzi, metro e autobus a pochi passi e tram nelle vicinanze..L'unica pecca è la zona circostante che è un area tutta in costruzione a tre fermate dal centro storico di valencia e offre poco, qualche bar e supermercato però cè. nel complesso molto buono

Very beautiful hotel, richly furnished, comfortable, relaxing, quiet, luxurious rooms, excellent bathroom. I greatly appreciated the sauna even more than the swimming poool on the top of the hotel. The only negative thing is its distance on foot from the city center and from any cafés. Then air conditioning in the room got out of work the last two days.

This was a five star hotel. The staff nearly all spoke good english and were very helpfull at all times.The room was very spacious and quiet with two single beds??. A pool on the roof (Small) but the views of Valencia, Wow. Fully equipped Gym and Sauna on top floor. We did not opt for breakfast as there in a cafe right behind the hotel.The Hotel was a bit on the outskirts but The Metro and Bus are right outside the door and the Tram is 5mins walk max.I found the easiest way to travel was Tram (To the port or beach)in the morning and taxi at night(6euro) Jaccusi bath in room (Check it to see if you can understand instructions).A Great hotel for the price. It should be a 6 star because they had "Heineken" on draught ask Joseph (the real Manuel) for one.

Great place if you are in Valencia strictly for business. Not near any sights.

The hotel was well staffed and all aspects of service were excellent. Room was spacious, modern and clean. Choice at breakfast was extensive. Location was central and close to public transport. Would highly recommend a stay.

Veramente uno splendido hotel!!rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo;ottima posizione,splendide camere!! se proprio si vuole trovare una pecca:reception un pelo piccola per un hotel del genere e personale un po' troppo giovane.. voto 9.5!!

A little out of the centre but very near a metro stop.

This hotel was perfect for our short business saty. A bit out of the centre for full on tourism, maybe (though we walked it a couple of times), but well-connected and excellent value. The staff were tremendously helpful and the room was fine.

Sleek, modern hotel - business standard, with nice bed, bath, gym, restaurant, etc. Staff are friendly but often on their own to answer queries from many people. Some of the finishing is poor as well - mold was growing behind one of the bedroom doors. I think the real problem with the place is its location - in the middle of nowhere, and utterly soulless... The hotel is near the metro, but the system is not great and so we took taxis most places. Too far away to be convenient for a weekend trip there, but fine if one was working nearby...

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this property. It was rated five stars which is a bit much but I had read another review giving it only three stars and it deserves more than that. The rooms are lovely and very modern/spacious. The location was a bit out of the center but the metro was very nearby and easy to use. Overall a fabulous stay.

Overall, this is a pleasant hotel in a reasonably convenient location. But it is NOT a 5 star property. Granted, it doesn't have 5 star prices, but to advertise it as 5 star is misleading. The location is convenient for the Metro, but it is 4 stops and a bit of a walk from the centre. The staff were friendly and competent, but I would classify the hotel no better than a 3 star property. The hotel restaurant menu is very limited so dining out is essential. As there is nowhere nearby, this means a trip back into the city. The hotel is in a block shared with an Ibis and a Novotel. Those two hotels occupy most of the block, with Eurostars occupying only floors 14 upwards (up to 23) in the middle part of the block. The rooftop views are stunning. However, there is s lot of redevelopment going on in the area and the immediate surroundings have been flattened to presumably facilitate more. The fact that the rooms are high up means that they were very quiet. All in all, I would stay there again as the value for money was good. However, if we wanted a more central location, this hotel would not be suitable.
