Nice location and easy 15-20 minute walk to centre. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Room very comfortable. Would stay here again if visiting Toledo.

Hotel located far from the historic city: 20 to 30 minutes by foot. Hotel location difficult to find by GPS Air conditioned not functioning correctly. Staff's answer: it is very hot!! Be aware: parking charged 9€ per day I do not recommend this hotel for holidays specially in summer

The hotel was good but the service in the restaurant was terrible. We were given the wrong meal 3 times before finally reordering something else. We eventually realised the english menu had different meals to the spanish menu and the waiter was guessing what had been ordered. No apologies and it took more than two and a half hours to have a one course meal. The quality of the food at breakfast was very poor and expensive.

We were in low season when it was 45 degrees and got a great rate of 60 euros a night. for this rate it was a great hotel. pool, fre internet, aircon etc. as it's set in a neighbour hood pretty far away from the oldcity of teoledo you can park across the road from the hotel. you will need to bet a taxi or drive into toledo where there is lots of parking on the outskirts of the city. overall a really good stay, make sure you walk up the hill opposite the hotel for a great view of toledo. toledo is really pretty but busy during the day with all the day trippers from madrid so staying one night and wandering the streets when it's just locals and few tourists is really nice.

Esta bastante bien! Lo unico es que necesitas vehiculo para desplazarte al centro de Toledo, aunque las comunicaciones estan bastante bien ya que pasa un bus cada 5 minutos en las proximidades del hotel.

The rooms were nice, new and clean. The hotel is a little bit far from the historic district but you could walk there or you can easily catch the city bus into the historic district. There are no restaurants nearby. I found it annoying that there was not an iron in the room and that you have to pay for ironing service.

- Waiters had almost no knowledge of other languages than spanish. - Poor quality of receptionist - unpoliteness. - Beds were extremely uncomfortable - hard matress. The hotel should not be characterized as a 4 star hotel due to low lever of service, poor language knowledge and facilities (no lounge). The hotel should be rated as a 2 of 3 star local hotel, with no international travellers of hotel chain connection. Also, surprisingly I was charged by credit card for the whole stay at the hotel - but am not sure if I was charged the double rate, as there is no point in giving my credit card number to venere.com if no advance payment is to be done. I am used to pay by internet for hotel accomodation in advance, and was surprised as they charged me the full amount for the accomodation at the hotel. Please confirm to me that no pay was given by venere.com to Eurostars Toledo in advance. If I was charched in advance I will then claim the advance payment in return (including card transaction fees). Best regards, Olav Stensrud

Overall hotel and facilities are fine. However, beware that the price information provided while booking online is not accurate: 1) Parking IS NOT free for hotel guests 2) Breakfast IS NOT included, prepare 10 Euro extra per person Other than these unpleasant surprises, the stay at Eurostars was OK.

Nice, modern, clean hotel, short on charm but just what you'd think a chain "Eurostars" hotel might be. What was disappointing was the short hours of operation of the outdoor pool, which we'd looked forward to in the heat of Toledo August. We were unceremoniously thrown out at the moment of closing, which was quite early given the late evenings of Toledo. It doesn't get dark till about 10, and it 's still quite hot at 8 when the pool closed. And the next morning it didn't open till well after we had to leave, I think around 2 p.m. Also, the swastikas we saw all around Toledo were quite disturbing, including some right painted on wall right near the hotel. The hotel could paint over them, I'd think, if the city doesn't bother.

We loved oour stay at the Eurostar. The staff was vey helpful and friendly. They claimed they did not have a confirmed reservation fom us but were able to book us into to our rooms. The hotel is on the outskirts of town so we left our car in the hotel garage and took a taxi into Toledo. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was not as close as I expected and was described in its general overview. The staff was not very friendly - one of them, the second shift was good. They made me pay more than what was on the reservation (they added taxes and did not bother to check that it was supposed to be included). Although the hotel is called four stars, the room was literally on the ground. I would definetely not go there again.
