Hotel Eurostars Plaza Acueducto - Segovia

Hotel is in good location right next to the Acueducto and therefore ideal for sight-seeing. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. A really good place to stay to visit Segovia.

This is a modern hotel which overlooks the viaduct. A bit souless but excellent for one night with car. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast bar.

Don't go to the "Most famous restaurant" that's just over the Aquaduco, I've been sick all night !!!

A great location...ask for a room in the front so you can view the aquduct 24 hours a day!

We had a great view of the acueducto, close to the major historic sites, parked under the hotel and easy access from main roads. My favorite hotel during our weeklong stay.

Well situated but rooms are too tiny. Big lugages cannot fit within the room.

Best hotel we stayed in in Spain, but also one of least expensive. Selected based on location and it was much better located than we could imagine, high luxury, very new and modern feel and decor. Be careful, there is another Acueducto hotel a bit further along the same road (away from Aqueduct)which looks much cheaper/worse but this one was excellent price. Parking in secure hotel carpark underneath at extra cost - but in this location parking is difficult. 'Balcony' a token width but allowed full height doors to magnificent view of the Aqueduct. I had requested a room with view of Aqueduct - which I recommend putting in your comments when booking. King-bed room was almost a suite - with separate huge bathroom, and nice lounge/TV/sitting area. Large scale roadworks on the street (building underground public carpark I think) might be noisy in daytime until completed, but of course we had walked into the old town all day. Did I mention that the location was excellent - easy walk under Aqueduct into the old city, cathedral, castle etc. Handy inexpensive cafe-style restaurant downstairs which we only noticed the next day.

The location of this hotel is superb, but difficult to find - the parking even more so! We saw the bar, but it was never open, which meant you couldn't get a drink after a long day's sightseeing, but the cafe next door is good.

First room was small, smoking room, even though we asked for non-smoking. No attempt to accommodate us. The room's window right on the street. Unbelievable noise until 4:00 (it was Friday). We complained the next day, and manager stepped in and apologized and moved us to better room. Lobby set up is very unconducive to relaxing there. We tried to get a drink in the bar;it was dark, noone to help us, they made us pay room service rate.Breakfast a disaster - not enough wait staff, no replenishment of empty food bins. Great location but need help in running the hotel. Other Eurostars hotels are fabulous, what is happening to this one?

Ci siamo trovati benissimo: l'hotel è centralissimo e proprio di fronte al magnifico acquedotto. Stanza grande, pulita e silenziosa nonostante i lavori in corso nella piazza antistante. Il prezzo è semplicemente strepitoso rispetto a quelli di un pari livello italiano... Lo raccomando a tutti. --- Our stay at this hotel was absolutely excellent: it's at walking distance from every town attractive, just in front of the beautiful roman aqueduct. The room was huge and clean and very quiet despite the construction works in front of the hotel. I would recommend to anyone a stay to this hotel.
