if you like such small rooms you can't open the closet because there is the bed and rooms they are as quiet that you can hear EVERY word of your neighbors-room (especially the bathroom) ... go to this hotel positiv is the surrounding ... really nice at the top of an olive-grove - but you deff need a car to get away from there the staff is weird ... not really good in english and they throw things away from my room what was not at the trash-can the pool is nice - the breakfast is very sparely

Hotel needs an internal upgrade. Excellent pool and surroundings. Very good value.

Pool area particularly good with large area of surrounding olive groves to relax in.

Beautiful place, horrible hotel. It was probably built in the 70's, it could be some kind of secluded heaven, but nothing has changed since it was built; furniture, tiles, carpet, the style in general is very old and worn out. It's inconceivable to enter a room that smells bleach like that, we couldn't breathe, had to keep the window open all day still with a poor result, and finally the room and the bathroom were not so clean. The blankets had holes and stitchings. Go to this hotel only if you can't find anything else in the area. I strongly recommend the owners to invest in the refurbishment and general refreshment of the hotel, otherwise sell it to someone more competent. You have a potential goldmine and you dig coal instead.

The staff was exteremely unfriendly. They only provide transportation to the town between 3-7 pm forcing you to eat meals at a nearby restaurant. The location is not convenient to town. We asked for a wake-up call that we never received and not an apology either. The sheets were stained and the cleaning staff would walk into the room without knocking. Worst hotel experience in Italy.

Was in Italy for two weeks and this was the worst place we stayed at. Are room was suppose to have a view (like the name says however all we could see was a parking lot. We had children beds and a crib in our room (we have no kids). Also housekeeping was very loud and they came in the room three times from 7am to 8am while we were trying to sleep. Also our shower flooded all over the room and they didn’t care. Montepulciano is a beautiful small town 5min away from this Hotel. We left our hotel and stayed in the hart of town. Same price range has historical value and beautiful views for 20 to 30km. Also the welcome was superb. Please, don’t make the same mistake as us. PS I was being very generous with my ratings

Bad qualifications for this hotel. Noise and services are too short compare to your appreciation

Good clean accommodation. Staff could have been more welcoming and friendly. Excellent breakfast and large spacious hotel. Swimming pool is well looked after and relaxing. We would recommend this hotel and would consider staying there again ourselves.

Not a bad place, but we were woken early in the morning by someone playing extremely loud music in another room followed by an hour or so of door slamming and more music. I have no idea why. The decor is very much of the 1970s 'motel' variety, but the hotel is in a nice spot overlooking the town and has a nice swimming pool. The staff on duty when we arrived were quite surly, but the morning shift was much friendlier and very helpful. A mixed bag overall, which probably would have been more quaint than poor if it has not been for the dreadful racket in the early morning.

The hotel has a good location close to Montepulciano and the terraces give great views. The swimming pool area is very nice, although the water could be warmer. The rooms are clean but in need of updating, especially the bathrooms. Breakfast choice is poor and repetitive. There are no dining facilities in the hotel so you are forced to eat dinner out. You definitely need a car to get about, but the surroundings are wonderful. Overall, the hotel has potential, but currently lacks the facilities to make the stay as comfortable as it should be.

This hotel has the most gorgeous location imaginable: fabulous views of Montepulciano and the surrounding countryside. There's a pool with deck chairs (could have been cleaner but the atmosphere was relaxing) and a tennis court. The rooms, however, looked like dorm rooms from the1960s. Clean enough, though. Good breakfast.
