Enjoyed my stay and room was very pleasant. I especially liked the natural lighting and the almost unexpected ability to open a window (after all, it is a tall tower building). There are too few lifts (only 6) for such a large tower hotel, so you sometimes had to wait a long time, especially first thing in the morning. Overall cleanliness was excellent but outside windows in bedroom were covered in grime. Reception and room service staff excellent and friendly, breakfast room staff sometimes put etiquette over customer needs and wishes ("Please don't sit down until I have removed everything from this used table, including the 3 clean place sittings, and set it back again"), and porters were clueless. Lighting controls in the room took a while to figure out and were still a bit fiddly, but it was nice to be able to adjust light levels. Location is a bit isolated so I was surprised that no newspapers were sold at this business hotel, and no one at hand could tell me where to get one without walking for miles. They do have a few hotel copies around, but not enough.
