Hotel Eurostars Gran Madrid - Alcobendas, Madrid

The best hotel rent in Madrid during our vacations, although in was not the nearest to the historical center. There are a very pleasant leisure center with cinema and a large choice of quality and not expensive restaurants, and a nice public swimming-pools complex near the hotel, far away from the traffic-jams. The metro station is close to the hotel, allowing to be in Madrid center in 15 minutes. The rooms are exceptionnaly spacious and quiet, the parking is clean, protected and free, it is a real four stars prestation for the price of a french two stars hotel. Ask for a room with view on the park in the upper levels, it is really beautiful, even at night.

Overall it was a very good hotel, however, the bed was too hard (my back ached the next morning) and there were no spare pillows.

I was so happy here. I came in at 1 am and the staff was friendly and helpful. Biggest room that I stayed in in Europe and so clean and comfortable. I loved this hotel.

Perfect hotel for our requirements. We were only overnight in Madrid, and its proximity to the airport was ideal, although the driver on our arrival was NOT happy to take the short drive. Even by being closer, the ride is about 25-30 Euro, but avoids the traffic delays coming from Madrid.

Modern hotel with great amenities for buesiness. taking the correct exit is key to finding the hotel or you will be trapped on one way streets.good location for the trip to the airport as it can minimize traffic snarls

Metro station at 500 meters, but it lasts approx. 45mins to go to the city center. good prices for the week-end (~80euros).

Un poco fuori mano ma è sempre così per gli hotel vicini agli aereoporti. Ottimo e conveniente Hotel.

Hotel eccezionale per rapporto qualità prezzo. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro "Moraleja" (alcuni hanno scritto 15 minuti, forse andando a zoppagallina). Con la metro siete in centro a piazza del Sol in 45 minuti. La colazione è molto costosa (15€). Ma se il vostro intento è di farvi un pranzo anticipato, così da aver bisogno solo di un gelato durante la giornata, è ottima. Certamente se mangiate solo caffè e brioches lasciate perdere. Il quartiere dove si trova è una bella zona residenziale, a contatto con una enorme zona commerciale. Exceptional rate to quality ratio. 5 minutes walking from metro stop "La Moraleja". Trip to Madrid downtown takes 45 minutes. Very expensive breakfast (15€). If you are looking for not a breakfast but for a early lunch, it is ok. But if you are looking for a cofee and a brioches, go away.

The breakfast was quoted 12 € and I paid 15 € So at this level of price, price/quality of the breakfast is not good Nevertheless, the room was really perfect

The Hotel's staff was friendly and helpful, we arrived early and our room was not ready yet since they were full, so we went to have a delicious breakfast at their buffet. Coffee was really good! The bedroom was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable, we really enjoyed it. It was a perfect place to relax after a sightseeing day. In order to get to downtown Madrid you need to take a bus to Plaza de Castilla and then the metro, this can take a while, but still I would stay here again. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and safe, and they had shopping malls and convenience stores nearby.

Modern, clean, and comfortable hotel that had a great quality/price ratio. We used the free parking while we were on vacation for a week and a half, since the hotel is only a few minutes away from the Madrid airport.

En cuanto a calidad precio perfecto, cojí una oferta de una doble con cama de 2x2 por 55 euros el personal nos trató de manera excelente, la comida no llegué a probarla puesto que comimos fuera pero supongo que también sería de gran calidad, y en cuanto a la habitación la cama increible, teniamos el digital plus, la tele de 21 pulgadas, el baño impecable, sin duda volveré.

A most comfortable hotel, extremely clean and orderly. Only complaint is that it requires far better directions from the airport (on the website )

This was a very comfortable hotel with friendly staff. It was very clean and quiet - with air conditioning and good television (news etc.) provision for English speaking visitors. Was a bit fooled by its closeness to Madrid - it was about 20mins on the bus, away from the outskirts of Madrid. However, the bus transport was excellent & clean, and the transport system was very easy to navigate.
