Hotel Eurostars Ciudad de Córdoba - Córdoba

This is a business hotel on the outskirts of town. It is a nice clean hotel with secure underground parking. The breakfast is adequate but there are no facilities for evening meals. The hotel offers dial-in pizza from a local takeaway, there is a supermarket down the road or you can go across the road and use the cafeteria and restaurant facilities at the Hotel Oasis, which we did.

Need a car to go in town or walak for a while

This hotel is a bit far from the attractions. I would have preferred some hotels nearer. Nevertheless, is still a good hotel with clean room.

I stayed 2 nights in a king bed room,it was great very close to all attractions 5 mint in the car ,even you can do it on foot 15-20 mint walking.

First f all, I seem to always have issues finding the addresses to hotels I book through Venere. Either the address on Venere does not appear completely, or the GPS can not find it. This was true with this hotel as well. I think for the next time I book through Venere, I will email the hotel directly and get an exact address/directions. The hotel was fine, a good place to rest your head at a good price ($45 Euro/night) and parking was really cheap too (Covered $8, uncovered $5). Our room smelled heavily of smoke (though it was non-smoking) and had I not been very tired, I would have asked to be moved. We were there two nights, the first of which we shared the hotel with a visiting soccer team. We found out our walls were not so soundproof. The second night, all we could hear was the water in the shower of the room next door. The surroundings are not amazing as it is in a sort of poor part of town. However, you can walk to the Mezquita which is about 20 minutes away. Overall, despite its flaws, I would stay there again, but only if I got the same rate or better.

Overall, this was a very good deal. We got what we were expecting, probably the hotel turned out a little bit better than expected: the hotel is located in a little bit rundown neighborhood though it didn't look dangerous and it's not that far from downtown (a 15 minutes walk). The place was clean, the staff friendly and we got the feeling that if this place were closer to downtown they would be charging twice as much as they did. As I said, overall a very good deal.

Though the hotel is not near the city center, it is very easy to get there. There is a free parking just at the bottom of the walls. It's worth to stay ay the City of Cordoba, it is very clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet is great. The price of the room is much cheaper by venere

The hotel is located in not a beauiful part in cordoba but taxi are not expensive so if u arrive to the train station i suggest to take one

Modern business type hotel. Very convenient with parking inhouse. Rather far away from tourist sites but easy acces to center by bus which stops a few steps from hotel.

I find it amazing that a 4star hotel does not provide any kind of bar or restaurant facilities. Restaurant is room service and you have to ring Telepizza!!!!! the roooms were good ....the staff unhelpful . I cannot comment really on services offered as there were none. I think the price for a proper 4 star hotel was excellent but i feel i overpaid for the services received. I booked two double rooms and got two twin rooms in which the beds were put together . overall not a happy stay . I feel venere.com let me down on this occasion

I have travelled more than in one hundred countries and I wonder if four star hotel is like Hotel Ciudad de Cordoba.For example, bathroom smelled and was dirty, orange juice was spoiled and the total bill was overcharged.

When we arived I was given an room card with the price on 10 euros less that the booking fee; NB I do not read Spainish. When I came to pay after nights I discovered the price was per night and the bill was nearly double the price quoted on the net. The girl on the desk was polite and said that it was correct. Meanwhile my husband went to look in the bin for the e-mail confirmation. When we showed it to them they changed the bill, and were very polite and helpful. The floors were very slippery so the the bed kept on slipping so we put the legs of the bed into shoes to stop it sliding across the room everytime one moved. The parking was fine, however pretty tight, to get in and out once it was parked! Not too far to walk to the centre town, and near the road to the Madrid Seville road but situated right on a very busy highway; Discovered a cheap bar round the back passed the supermarket where one could get a very good sandwich for about 2 euros with freshly cooked loin of pork!

There are NO dining facilities when large coach parties are accomodated despite advertising a full dining/cafeteria service. The nearest decent rrestaurants are a 20 minute walk away. Not good for diabetics. The historic area is a 25 minute walk away through less than celubrious surroundings. This is not mentioned in the publicity.

Nos direron una habitacion enfrente del ascensor, asi que teniamos ruido todo el dia, no pudimos pegar ojo.

Airconditioning in our room not functioning and the noise and heat outside the room was unbearable. The hallways and lobby were very cool but not our room. After being told nothing could be done, I took a pillow and blanket and laid down in the lobby at midnight. Miraculously, our room had air conditioning within 1 1/2hrs. The morning manager was very supportive and accomodating. He handled everything as it should have been handled the previous night and avoided this frustrating and uncomfortable situation.

Not so close to the center of Cordoba and the touristic area. Car needed to go there.

Good quality for price, but too far from tourist area.

This hotel was not my first choice. I should have checked the location of the hotel better before booking the room. As it turned out the hotel is situated on the "wrong" side of the river. Travelling without a car it was an inconvenience. I´m not quite sure if the always-open-backdoor is safe when you think about possible thieves. Anyone can use that door without being seen by the employees.
