Très bon hôtel excellemment situé pour visiter Bruxelles, dans un quartier très agréable proche de tous les sites intéressants (grand place, musées, transports en commun...). Personnel sympathique. Rien à dire.

The hôtel needs refurbishing -to say the least- :air conditioning so loud that it was impossible to use it at all; very sad looking colours (2 dark grey)lighting insufficient and bulbs not working; only a few tv programs ; but nice and efficient staff and a very good breakfast!

This is a no-frills business-style middle class hotel in a relatively lively area close to the Gare Central. I.e. in walking distance to the very center and to the EU quarter, which is very comfortable. It does not deserve as many stars as it has, but no Brussels hotel does. It is well worth the money on a weekend and/or internet discount but not at all on list prices (might quadruple) during the EU workweek, but no Brussels hotel is. For Brussels - recommended.

Centrally located, 5 minutes walk to railway station. 10 - 15 minutes walk to Grand Place. Variety of restaurants close by. Competent serviceminded personell. Room Ok.

The room was spacious enough but the air conditioning didn't work that well, also the double beds put together don't work that well. The room was quiet enough but sometimes you could hear the toilet discharge from the upper floor. The surroundings weren't that great as constructions were under way in the street where the hotel was located. Other than that the staff polite, though they messed up the payment and almost charged us twice. It would have been an honest mistake though. One final remark, for the price we paid breakfast should have been included.

During my stay, air conditioning was out of order and WiFi was too weak to use in the room. But the room was very nice and cost performance was very good. I will stay in this hotel in the next visit.

Enjoyed my stay very much. My only gripe would be that my room faced the street where there were roadworks and the builders turned on the radio extremely loud at 7am. There was really no need for such a high volume - very inconsiderate to other steet residents and hotel guests. I went to the reception to have a word, but there wasn't anything they could do.

The employees were nice. The room was quiet spacious. The bathroomflor was dirty and the mirror also. I think the bathroom was too dirty for a 4 stars hotel. The washbasin was blocket and the shower full of lime, we could not use it, there was almost no water flowing out. They couldn't find a plumber, so we had to change the room. That was a good solution for a problem that shouldn't even exist. The quarter where the hotel is situated is very quiet and nice, with interesting shops and restaurants, really sophisticated! The price was very adequate and we enjoyed our stay in Brussels.

I somehow got this hotel for only 54 euros/night and it was a great deal. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's about a 10 minute walk from the central train station and the touristy areas, but there seems to be lots of good small shops around the hotel. I would definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Room extremely hot with windows shut (probably because of refrigerator) and airco not functioning. Excellent location near Zavel/Sablon. More (illegal) traffic through street than years ago and therefore more streetnoise.

Very good hotel...the location is perfect, the employees really kind and the rooms are very quiet and clean... The gym is a bit little, and an Hydromassage would be delicious.. However..very good place! Rating: 9.

I knew the hotel for years and as indicated above I was very satisfied apart from the price. Room rate increased by 25% within the period of one year. Obviously hotels in Brussels can afford that.

The hotel has a perfect location without any view, but everyone who are going to stay at this hotel can easily reach to everywhere they want to go. Lots of good restaurants (try Lola and Sister Act), chocolate (try Wittamer) and antigue shops are within a minute away. Touristic places are also in an easily walking distance (Grand Place takes ten minutes) About our room, firstly we stayed in a small sized smoking room (we reguested a non-smoking), it smells smoke terribly. So we changed it and the second room they gave us is a bigger, fresh and much smillar to the photos we have seen on internet. Also they have a very good breakfast and free internet.
