Good price and quality balance. Very nice and new room. Really need to print the google map before you go to hotel, as GPS didn't work quite well in finding the hotel.

The hotel is relatively new. The room we stayed is spacious for its class. The interior is modern and clean. Free in-room WI-FI. You will need about 8-10 minutes walk to the nearest Metro station, not too bad. The only negative I have is there's no English TV channel. Overall, highly recommended.

We used our room just for sleeping. The bed was very good and big!! (becouse my husband is olmost 2m) It was very quiet. The rooms were very clean and in the closet was enough space for a stay of 2 nights. Just around the corner there was a trendy and not to expensive place to eat breakfast.

Room (3rd floor) was a nice size relative to European hotel room sizes. Bedroom was clean, shower floor needed cleaning. Entire bathroom could use a 'Tilex'/chlorine cleanser-type cleaning, with attention to detail in the cracks/crevices. Shower missing a tray to hold shampoo, soap, razor, so traveler will need to improvise. WiFi strength in my room was "poor" and kept disconnecting. I believe this could be somewhat improved, connection-wise, if their IT person scanned the local area for active WiFi channels and set their wireless router to a channel not used in the area (the BEST solution would be to add more Active Point routers). Window would not close and latch completely, so road noise during the night was an issue (there's a major traffic circle about 200 feet away). Hotel staff could speak English to varying degrees, but one could only understand Britain English, so travelers from the U.S. should be prepared to speak some Spanish. There are a few eateries nearby in this neighborhood location, as well as an open plaza area with bars/restaurants on the back side of the hotel. Metro is about a half mile walk, and will get you into Barcelona downtown (Las Ramblas, Sagrada Familia) quickly. The morning staff called a taxi and was there in about 10 minutes (make sure your driver resets the meter, though -- mine didn't -- first time ever in Spain, and I don't know if this is tendency for taxis to this hotel or not). Overall, this is a nice hotel, especially for the money, and they will take constructive criticism as a way to continually improve.

Hotel rooms are nicely equipped and they look like on the photos on the web. My only objection is that air in the rooms is very dry, I suppose it is the problem with the type of the heating system. Staff in the hotel is very kind and helpful. My only objection is that it is far from the center (around 45 minutes of uninteresting walk), though it is well conected to the Center by the subway - Line 3. If you decide to stay at this hotel, I recommend you to take a cab the first time you go because IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to find the hotel using the map and explanation on the website + nobody speaks English, so even if they know where the street is (and everybody WANTS TO HELP), it's not of much help if you don't speak Spanish. Btw, Barcelona is BEAUTIFUL CITY, OPEN TO FOREIGNERS and Hotel is very good for the price you pay.

The hotel is very new, clean, with trendy decor and great air conditioning (important in the summer!). The staff was less than friendly, but they do speak great English. The location is quite far from the city center - it took us about half an hour to get to Las Ramblas by subway - and the hotel is a 5-10 min walk from the subway. It's in a residential area but the streets are quite empty at night, so if I was traveling alone I wouldn't have been too comfortable. Also, there aren't many great food options in the neighborhood. But, overall, it was fine, good value for money...

The only problem is that the WiFi did not work in the rooms, as promised, but they said that was due to their Internet provider who had a manana attitude about coming to fix hte problem. The WiFi worked just fine in the common area on the first floor.

Première fois a barcelone et cet hôtel est formidable : tout neuf, deco très soignée, lit hyper confortable,bref le luxe (meme si l accueil n est pas digne d un 4*)pour un prix très raisonnable (95€). En plus l'hôtel est extremement bien situé : a peine a 500m a pied de la station de métro santa eulalia (ligne 1, très pratique pour rejoindre le centre de barcelone - en a peine 10 minutes, sans avoir a faire de changement !!!) et tout près d une rue commercante (boulangerie, cafés, supermarché). Le quartier est residentiel et bien frequenté, et facile d acces en voiture. Nous n avons pas pris le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel (11€ par personne). Le parking n est pas attenant a l hôtel mais dans 1 rue parallèle (15€ par nuit), gardé, couvert et fermé. C'est tt de meme très pratique, car difficle de se garer dans barcelone.
