I stayed at this hotel for only one night but it was busy and had only one working lift. The second lift was out of order but nobody appeared concerend and no repair...

I stayed at this hotel for only one night but it was busy and had only one working lift. The second lift was out of order but nobody appeared concerend and no repair men were working on it. There was a cart for cleaning rooms parked right outside my hotel room door from 3pm (my arrival) to 7am (my departure). This appeared to be because everyone was too lazy to move it away. Overall the stay was only average and I would not bother to stay here again when there are so many other nice properties in BArcelona.

The hotel is in a great position, the staff were very helpful and gave really good advice on where to go. The rooms were comfortable, the outdoor area was sunny and the public areas were very comfortable. A great stay
