Hotel Héliot is an excellent base to visit Toulouse on a limited travel budget, being by a pedestrian area of the city center full of shops and nice restaurants, but also close to metro station Jean Jaurès and the local shuttle bus stop to the airport.

All soundproofed accommodations include in-room amenities such as flat screen LCD TV with various satellite channels (also International ones) and free wireless Internet access. There is a working desk, as well. Bathrooms come with with bathtub and shower. On request, a hair-dryer can be provided.

If you travel with a baby, you can ask for a baby cot (depending on hotel availability), without incurring additional charges.
Pets are welcome - the owner has a cat named Héliot, like the lodging - at a small daily extra charge.

By train
From Toulouse Matabiau train station, then continue on foot (for about 5 to 10 minutes). Cross the canal du midi taking the bridge Avenue Georges Pompidou. Turn right onto Allée Jean Jaurès until the square with a fountain. Hotel Héliot is located in the rue Héliot street, on the right.

By airplane
From Toulouse Blagnac International Airport (TLS), take one of the shuttle (every 20 minutes). Get off at stop Jean Jaurès and cross street Allée Jean Jaurès, and turn right onto the pedestrian area behind the fountain.
