The town is moderately sized and has an impressive medieval castle. It is within easy driving distance of Lago Maggiore and the beautiful Ticino River.

If you have an early morning flight from Malpensa Airport and want to avoid the long and expensive trip out from Milan, then why not stay at the Hotel Tre Leoni and enjoy a good night's sleep before travelling. Cómo llegar - Tre Leoni

By car
From the A26 Motorway: follow the green signs for Somma Lombardo and come off the motorway at the Somma Lombardo Exit. Continue for approx. 3 km/1.8 miles until you reach the Via Sempione. Turn left and then turn right at the fist set of traffic lights. The hotel is located 50 metres/55 yards on your right-hand side. The hotel is in the same street as Somma Lombardo Railway Station.

The Ristorante Pizzeria 3 Leoni has an à la carte evening menu with a extensive range of Italian fish, meat and vegetable dishes, many of which come from Tuscany where the hotel's chef Nicola was born.

There is also an excellent well-priced lunch menu and and the restaurant also hosts a wide range of events, including business lunches, stag and hen nights, birthday parties and special celebrations.
