The apartments on the ground floor also have a private patio with small garden area.

The Apartment Room Only (35 m²) is composed of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette with microwave, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. It is equipped with air conditioning, sat TV, direct-dial phone. Towels and bed linen are included. For stays longer then 4 nights there is a meed-week towels and linen change.

Accommodation amenities include private bathroom with hairdryer, direct dial telephone, heating, individually controlled air conditioning, modem access, satellite TV, mini bar (refrigerator in apartment) and desk.
