Guests may leave their car in the private parking lots or in the underground garage of the hotel, both subject to charges.
The hotel arranges a free shuttle service from/to Lugano-Agno airport and from/to the local train station. Transfers from/to Milano-Malpensa airport are subject to charges.

Starting from the 1st January 2008 the local tax will no longer be included and will cost CHF 2,80 per person.
Parking is not included in the price and costs CHF 15,00 per night for the lots and CHF 20,00 per night for the garage.
Small pets are admitted at an extra charge of CHF 20,00 per day.
The shuttle service from/to Lugano-Agno airport and from/to the local train station is free of charge.
Transfers from/to Milano-Malpensa airport are subject to charges. Prices are available on request.

If cancellation is done less than 1 day prior to arrival we will charge the client for the first night.
