Conscious of the growing needs of the hotel's long established customers, they decided to invest in a major refurbishment, and only re-opened in the new millennium, February 2000. Now a newly refurbished, twenty-five bedroom hotel, the image certainly reflects high standards, service quality and unashamed luxury, all at an affordable price. The hotel's success is certainly attributable to continually satisfying client needs.

El hotel se encuentra muy bien situado, sin embargo cabe destacar que el tamaño de las habitaciones es ínfimo. La limpieza es totalmente superficial, las cortinas no han debido ni cambiarse ni lavarse desde que se construyó el edificio. MUY A TENER EN CUENTA: La hora del desayuno es de 8 a 9 hrs., SOLO UNA HORA!! buena táctica del hotel para ahorrarse unas cuantas tostadas. El desayuno consiste en café, zumo y tostadas. Nuestra estancia ha sido de 1 semana, ocupamos varias habitaciones y se echa de menos que no exista ninguna zona común, alguna sala. Como cualquier alojamiento en Londres, la relación calidad precio brilla por su ausencia. Hotel carísimo para las pocas prestaciones existentes. Personal amable, aunque inflexible a la hora de realizar cualquier cambio. A mitad de nuestra estancia llegó un nuevo compañero de viaje, existían habitaciones triples libres, sin embargo no quisieron darnos una triple y nuestro compañero se vió obligado a reserva habitación individual (a precio de oro).

Hotel situado en buena zona, tranquila, muy cerca de Victoria Station y a 15 min. andando del centro de la ciudad. Staff muy servicial y amable. El desayuno algo repetitivo y habitaciones un poco estrechas.
