La recepción del hotel está en la planta baja debajo de las escaleras (de muerte) y en una mesa de nada. Habíamos reservado twin y nos dieron una en la planta baja que daba al patio donde vivía la "encargada", sin armario, con un baño de plástico como los de las caravanas pero marrón de lo ennegrecido que estaba, menos mal que no cerraba la ventana y nos dieron otra un poco "menos peor", con el edredón sucio (no quiero saber de que), el baño era un poco "menos peor también", pero las juntas de los azulejos no deben de haber visto, ya no digo un estropajo, pero una balleta tampoco la han visto en su vida. PREFIERO NO VOLVER A LONDRES ANTES DE VOLVER A ESE "ESTABLECIMIENTO".

LA HABITACIÓN ERA MUY RUIDOSA, LA VENTANA NO CERRABAN BIEN(CABÍAN 4 DEDOS, LITERALMENTE),CON CORTINAS TRANSPARENTES. PASABA TODO EL CALOR I EL SOL. TAMBIÉN ERA MUY PEQUEÑA. EL LAVABO ESTABA TOCANDO LA CAMA . LOS BAÑOS DABAN MIEDO. LES PEDIMOS UN ENCHUFE Y NOS HICIERON IR A COMPRAR UNO Y LO PAGAMOS NOSOTROS, Y DE LOS DOS ENCHUFES SÓLO FUNCIONABA UNO. A LA HORA DE DESAYUNAR A PARTE DE ESCASO, SÓLO HABÍA 4 MESAS, LA GENTE HACÍA COLA. LO BUENO ES QUE ESTA MUY BIEN SITUADO.

El hotel está muy bien situado. La amabilidad de los empleados no es exagerada pero si son correctos. Desayuno completo y la posibilidad de acceso a Internet.La habitación doble sencilla (sin baño) es pequeñisima, pero el baño está muy limpio (en el pasillo) y la relación calidad-precio es bastante buena (juzgando la zona y que es londres)

By underground
From Victoria Underground or Railway Station: cross Buckingham Palace Road, turn left, and walk down the road until you reach Victoria Coach station. Turn right into Elizabeth Street, walk up the street until you reach Ebury street, cross the road, turn right, and you will find the hotel on your left hand side.
By train
From Waterloo International Station: take the Jubilee underground line to Westminster station, then switch to the Circle or District line and get off at Victoria Station. From Victoria underground station follow the above indications.
By airplane
From Heathrow airport: take the Piccadilly underground line from the airport to Barons Court Station. From Barons Court Station take the District Line to Victoria Station.
From Gatwick airport: take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station.
From Luton airport: take the Thameslink to King's Cross St. Pancras Station. From there take the Victoria underground line until Victoria Station.
