Venere.com no efectúa ningún cargo en la tarjeta de crédito por sus reservas. Se le pedirá inserir los datos de su tarjeta de crédito que serán enviados al establecimiento sólo como garantía de la reserva. La cuenta debe ser saldada directamente en el hotel. En caso de que el hotel que ha elegido necesite un adelanto, esta información será incluida en la sección "POLITICA DE CANCELACIÓN" y el depósito se deberá concordar directamente con el establecimiento elegido. No es posible anular la reserva si has elegido una habitación de tipo "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" (prepagada/no reembolsable). En este caso, el hotel cobrará el importe total de su estancia cuando realice la reserva.

POLITICA DE CANCELACIÓN
In case of no show or late cancellation first night will be charged. From 15 December 2009 to 30 March 2010: in case of cancellation up to 10 days before the check in no charge. In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the date of arrival, the hotel charges 25% of all nights.In case of cancellation up to 3 days before arrival, the hotel charges on the credit card, 50% of all nights.Late cancellation or no-show the hotel charges the total amount of reservation.
