It is located just 50 meters from Kusadasi city centre and 120 meters from the harbour. Most of guests are independent travellers or backpackers on various budgets, taking themselves around Turkey. All nationalities stay at Sezgin's Hotel and Guesthouse.

Sezgin's is the only Guesthouse in Kusadasi and is open all year round. It offers free Internet access, kitchen in the room, free shuttle service to the ancient city of Ephesus.

Sezgin's Hotel and Guesthouse is the perfect accommodation to chill out, take a splash in its fresh water swimming pool, relax in the peaceful botanic garden and get a cold drink at the bar.

Mr. Flash, the owner (himself a traveller) offers a very friendly and family atmosphere. The entire staff speak fluent English, German and Japanese, Dutch, Corean many grew up overseas before returning to work in Turkey, making Sezgin’s guesthouse a favourite place for all types of travellers to Turkey!
