Family-run hotel Am Sonnenhang is an excellent value-for-money Kassel hotel located on the green heights, in close proximity to the Habichtswald the biggest mountain park in Europe, but also to the Shloss Wilhelmshöhe castle and Hercules statue, the very symbol of Kassel.
The hotel Am Sonnenhang Kassel is the ideal base for guests visiting the Documenta exhibit on a tight budget - world-famous quinquennial contemporary art show; willing to spend nature holidays with hiking and biking galore, or on a business travel.
