Se reservo una habitacion con vistas al volcan al precio extra de 145 € para tres dias, al llegar se nos ofrecicio una habitacion en la planta baja, directamente a la carretera con mucho trafico, tras repetidas protestas la ultima noche se nos paso a una habitacion en la planta alta, esta si con vistas. Las habitaciones de la planta baja que dan a la carretera son realmente horribles. Si ofrecen habitaciones a precio especial por las vistas, deben ser exclusivamente las de la planta alta
