Tulip House offers twenty four Executive Suites and four most exclusive Royal Rooftop, split-level, two- bedroom penthouses.

suite The Executive Suites are a generous 55 sq. metres and offer individually adjustable air conditioning, high speed Internet access, PAY TV with several English language channels, safe, minibar and guest activated security system. All bathrooms offer bathtubs and bidet.

Deluxe Suites are even larger than Executive Suites, approximately 80 sq.metres. In addition to the same facilities as in Executive Suite, Deluxe Suite offers fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and serving dishes for two persons.

Luxury Suite is 87 sq. metres is furnished in Art-Deco style with custom-made Italian furniture, with small details made from Swarowski crystals. The wooden floors are made from an African Palisander.

There are also four rooftop two-story Penthouses (190-210 sq. metres) with bedrooms on two levels, two bathrooms (each featuring both bathtub and a shower corner), a living room, kitchen with dishwasher separate from the living areas, an office, dining area and guest toilet.
