fachada Hotel Multatuli fachada Named after one of the greatest writers in the history of Dutch literature, Hotel Multatuli is a pleasant and comfortable family hotel located in Amsterdam, opposite the Central Station in the bustling city center. Several attractions are within walking distance, such as the Dam Square and famous shopping streets.

From here, guests can easily reach the suburbs of Amsterdam, the RAI conference and exhibition center, and the WTC by subway, or tram, while the Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is well connected by train. This central hotel is open 24/7 all year round, and the courteous staff is always at guests' disposal, giving a warm welcome, both to business and to leisure travelers.

The rich Dutch-style breakfast buffet is served in the hotel's intimate brasserie. Wireless Internet access is provided throughout the Multatuli Hotel, and a public underground car park is a mere one-minute walk from the accommodation.

Ideal si vas con niños pequeños, ya que aunque el precio es elevado, pero el hotel está en un sitio perfecto (al lado de la central station) para iniciar cualquier recorrido. Habitaciones limpias y personal correcto.

Estuvimos cuatro noches. Este hotel hace mucho tiempo que debió acometer reformas. Está viejo y decrépito. O que lo conviertan en un cofee-shop, pues, a pesar de ser un hotel declarado "sin humos", el olor a marihuana era insoportable en los pasillos, procedentes de algunas habitaciones. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que nos cobraran en el primer momento, casi sin darnos tiempo a posar las maletas. Creo que la relación calidad-precio estaba muy descompensada, dadas las circunstancias. Habitación pequeña. Cama de matrimonio muy pequeña. Desayuno regular, sin bollería, macedonia de frutas de lata, zumo imbebible. Lo mejor: la situación, en el centro, en una zona con mucha animación. Creo que este hotel les iría bien a los mochileros fumetas, y no a matrimonios jóvenes, como en nuestro caso. No dispone de zonas comunes, salvo el comedor,únicamente abierto en los desayunos. No volveremos.
