The property is located in a very peaceful and quiet street in a very town centre with the beautiful view on the main town's theatre. It takes only 5 minutes by walk from the bus and train station and ferry port and within one minute walk you will discover the breathtaking Diocletian s Palace, nightlife, public transport, shopping, outside market and a whole lot more.
We offer:

1 studio apartment (30m2) for 2+2 persons. Air conditioned, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen.

2. 3bedroom apartment (1 double bedroom, 2 triple bedrooms) for 7+2 persons. Air-conditioned, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen.

2. 3bedroom apartment (7om2, 1 double bedroom, 2 single rooms) for 4+2 persons. Air-conditioned, cable TV (only in the living room).

3. One double room (14m2) with double bed (160x200), cable TV, air condition. Shares bathroom with 1 triple room.

4. Spacious triple room (21m2) with three single beds (90x200), cable TV, air condition. Shares bathroom with 1 double room.

IMPORTANT NOTE: At the present time we do not provide credit card facilities. All our guests pay in cash (Croatian Kuna or Euro) at arrival.

habitación doble 1. STUDIO APARTMENT (30m2) for 2+2 persons. It has has two single beds 90x200 + sofa, private bathroom, kitchen and dining room. Air-condition (with remote control) cable TV, large fridge with freezer, oven, laundry machine, microwave, dish machine, iron, hair drier...

2. 3BEDROOM APARTMENT (70m2, for 7+2 persons) It has 1 double room (TV, A/C), 1 triple room (TV, A/C), large living room (TV, A/C) with 2 single beds and a sofa-additional bed for 2 persons, dining room with kitchen (big fridge, stove, oven, laundry machine, dish machine, microvawe and all kitchen utensils), 2 bathrooms. All the rooms are air-conditioned and have cable TV.

3. 3BEDROOM APARTMENT: (70m2) for 4+2 persons. It consist od 1 double room, 2 bedrooms with single beds, large separate living room with a sofa (additional bed for 2 persons) and large plasma TV (cabel TV), dining room with fully equipped kitchen (stove, owen, large fridge with freezer), 1 bathroom with washing machine.
The bedrooms are not airconditioned, only the living room has aircondition device.

4. One double room (14m2) with double bed (160x200), cable TV, air condition. Shares bathroom with 1 triple room. The bathroom is door to door with the room.

By train
The adress of the Carpe Diem guesthouse is Slavićeva ulica 7. It is only 300 meters distant from bus and train station and ferry/catamaran port in Split. It takes app 10 minutes by foot but still we advise to all our guests to print this directions and get a map of Split because it's easy to get lost in small and narrow streets in town's center. Also, please be aware that our building is listed within the Unesco heritage and no signs are allowed to be put up from the outside. So, it is very important to read well this directions and follow them.
From the bus/train station and ferry -catamaran port in Split proceed to the Diocletian palace. When you reach the south-eastern corner of the Palace turn right to the Hrvojeva street – you will see the big green market on the right. Proceed to the end of Hrvojeva street and you will reach a city park called Strossmayerov park or Djardin. Turn on the left, follow the ancient city walls (soon you''ll see a huge statue of Grgur Ninski) for 50-100m and then turn right to Nodilova street. On the end of Nodilova street you have to cross Sinjska street, you'll see a little park on the right and China shop on the left. Cross the little park, then turn left and 10-20 meters you will reach Slavićeva street.

Carpe Diem Split provides an airport transfer service at competitive rates (September-June 35 Euro, July-August 40 Euro).
We do not provide parking facilities but it possible to park on the free public parking 50 meters distant from our property.
