It’s composed by only 12 suites, luxurious two-roomed flats of 40-50 m2, total soundproofing, with independent air conditioning, kitchen corner, 2 balconies, 2 Tv and free ADSL. At the last floor there are a 30°C swimming-pool and a hydro massage for 6 people with warm water, a solarium with 10 sun beds and the glass motorized opening cover.
In the basement there are the garages, the bicycles (some with baby's chair), a laundry room with 2 washing machines, a dryer machine, iron, ironing board and a locked box for suitcase.
