Venere.com no efectúa ningún cargo en la tarjeta de crédito por sus reservas. Se le pedirá inserir los datos de su tarjeta de crédito que serán enviados al establecimiento sólo como garantía de la reserva. La cuenta debe ser saldada directamente en el hotel. En caso de que el hotel que ha elegido necesite un adelanto, esta información será incluida en la sección "POLITICA DE CANCELACIÓN" y el depósito se deberá concordar directamente con el establecimiento elegido. No es posible anular la reserva si has elegido una habitación de tipo "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" (prepagada/no reembolsable). En este caso, el hotel cobrará el importe total de su estancia cuando realice la reserva.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Use of garden, access to the swimming-pool, parking, electricity, gas, water, air conditioning, heating, bed-linen, towels and final cleaning of the apartment are included in the price.
A deposit of €200,00 is required. (refundable at the end of the stay, in case of no damages)
PAYMENT
You have to pay at the arrival. Please tell the property the exact number of persons and their age while booking.
The booking will only be confirmed after the payment of 1/3 (one third) of the final amount in cash, by letter payment or credit card. In case of non-arrival this amount will not be refunded. The remainder has to be paid at the arrival. You can pay cash, by cash-point card or credit card.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME
The stay starts at 1 p.m. of the day of arrival and ends at 10 a.m. of the day of departure, except special arrangements. At your arrival, you should show a valid identity card or passport at the reception.

POLITICA DE CANCELACIÓN
