exterior The recently opened apartments of ViennApart are situated in a charming 19th-century building in a very good residential area near Vienna's center.
Situated very advantageously, there is a tram stop directly in front of the house where you can reach the center with all important monuments within 7 minutes and within 15 minutes you can go to romantic Grinzing.
Underground lines are only 5 minutes away.
The house, a typical building from the period of promoterism, is very quiet and friendly and is mainly inhabited by
Viennese citizens.
In the direct surroundings you can find the Volksoper (People's opera), the Liechtenstein Museum and Schubert's
birthplace.
The good traffic connections and the vicinity to several universities and the general hospital makes this also an ideal place for business stays.
The apartments can be rented the whole year over; in all seasons Vienna can offer a lot of attractions to the visitor.
Several restaurants, cafés and supermarkets can be found near the house.

suite All apartments have been opened recently and offer all necessary comfort for a pleasant saty in Vienna. They are clean and quiet, bright and friendly. There are two flats for 2 persons (up to 3) and two for 4 persons (max. 6).
Furnished in an elegant and modern style, they offer the following amenities: Central heating, fully equipped kitchen(ette) with (gas) stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and enough dinnerware (some have a dishwasher).
In the sleeping / living room you can find Satellite TV, a stereo, a radio clock, DVD player and internet access (WLAN) free of charge.
Separate toilets and bathrooms, some with bath tubs, some with shower.
Two apartment offer a washing machine and one has airc onditioning.
Weekly change of linen and towels is included. At arrival you are greeted with a small welcome basket.

Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartments.

Cómo llegar - ViennApart

By car
The best way to reach the house is to follow the signs to the "Gürtel" street; in the ninth district there are many one way streets; parking in front of the house is unfortunately not allowed. To reach the house turn right (direction center) at Volksoper (big opera building); then leave the car in Fuchsthallergasse or Sechsschimmelgasse. Attention: The whole 9th district is a short-term parking zone (to pay); see the part about "parking possibilities".

By train
Either by taxi or public transport - see below. From the train stations Westbahnhof, Nordwestbahnhof (Franz Josef's station)
and Wien Nord (Praterstern) the house can be reached quite easily.

By airplane
After arrival at the airport either by taxi (around EUR 30 per direction, 20-40 minutes, depending on traffic) or using the
metropolitan train line S2 to Praterstern, then take tram line 5 until Nußdorferstraße/Alserbachstraße (around 1 hour total).

By public transportation
Either using line U6 until Währinger Straße/Volksoper and then by foot (~ 6 minutes) or by bus 40A until Nußdorferstraße/Alserbachstraße (4 minutes) or from Schottentor use tram line 37 or 38 or from Praterstern (Wien Nord) use tram line 5

Servicios de transporte - ViennApart

The entire 9th District (the area until the "Gürtel") is a short-term parking zone (Monday-Friday 9-22 pm, except holidays).
Parking tickets can be purchaesd in larger metro stations and tobacconists or some gas stations. For longer stays, it is advisable to park the car outside the Gürtel (18th District) or in a parking garage (e.g. Park & Ride Spittelau).
