The property is easily reachable from Piazzale Roma or from Tronchetto, where guests can leave their cars. From Piazzale Roma, take the waterbus line 1 and get off at the Cà d'Oro stop.

By airplane
From the Marco Polo airport, take the shuttle service leading you to Piazzale Roma. Then take the waterbus line 1 and get off at the Cà d'Oro stop.

Check-in: the apartment is available from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. Check-in is subject to a charge of €25,00, including the final cleaning. Later check-ins after 9.30 p.m. are subject to a charge of €40,00, including the final cleaning. The property's booking agency will contact you four days prior to your arrival in Venice to arrange your check-in. To simplify this operation, you are kindly asked to provide incoming flight/train details and a contact mobile phone number.
IMPORTANT: guests arriving on the 31st December must check in prior to 3 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartment not later than 10 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Stay of pets incurs an extra charge of €25,00. The price includes final cleaning.
The journey to the island of Murano is included in the price.

POLITICA DE CANCELACIÓN
in case of late cancellation and no show will be charged the total amount of reservation. we are not an hotel so if you have some problem, please contact us. At the moment of the arrival it is necessary to pay 39 euros for final cleaning of apartment, and in case of arrival after 9:00 pm others 15 euros for late check-in for a total of 40 euros. In case of arrival after midnight it is necessary to agree the meeting and the price with the agency.
