This charming apartment lies in the countryside enjoying the most marvellous views of the undulating landscape and the towers of the city of San Gimignano only 3km away.
It is a lovely location for enjoying country walks and relaxing. Within a short drive in different directions, are the Castelfalfi country club with its superb golf course and tennis courts, the town of Certaldo with its interesting medieval quarter and Poggibonsi with its many shops and entrance to the Florence/Siena motorway.
Whilst just down the road is San Gimignano with its historic treasures, shops, supermarket and many restaurants and cafés.

Il Pozzo which has its entrance by outside staircase finishing in a private balcony is on the first floor of the house.
It is a very bright and airy apartment enjoying the most magnificent views of the countryside and the towers of the city of San Gimignano from both its living room and bedroom windows.
